They delivered incomplete items back to me and when I complained about this, it took them about 4 weeks to come back and deny it even when there is evidence to show an item was missing and still in their facility and one of their delivery guys confirmed it was not part of the what they delivered and would be sent to me by post.
They said the investigation has been closed and none of my belongings is missing, they are liars and won’t take accountability for their mistakes.
Furnitures and other belongings came back very dirty!

I had a very positive experience when YouStock first collected my items; it was affordable and straightforward. However, the redelivery process has been a total nightmare.

I had a family emergency and had to cancel my redelivery last minute. I reached out via WhatsApp to explain, but instead of showing any human decency or goodwill, the company used a misleading billing tactic. They issued a 'Credit Note' making it look like a refund was happening, only to immediately charge a 100% 'Cancellation Fee' for the full amount.

I was never clearly warned that cancelling would result in losing every penny until after the cancellation was done not before. While I admit I didn't read every word of the T&Cs, charging 100% of a service that wasn't even performed is predatory—especially when life’s unforeseen circumstances happen.

They are great at taking your money, but provide zero empathy or fair customer service when you actually need it. Be very careful of the hidden costs when trying to get your own belongings back.

The collection guys were amazing! So lovely, calm and helpful! I would 10/10 recommend them, they came and took all of our stuff within an hour and had a lovely and bubbly attitude!

Ive move house multiple times but the service they provided is the best one so far. And I will definitely use their service again. From the way they pack all your items its quick and efficient, very organised and professional. All i did was watch them pack my stuff while drinking my coffee.

What a lovely bunch of guys - the Purple Team! They were on time, super helpful and polite and I was amazed at how quickly they worked carrying heavy boxes during my house move. I give them a well deserved 5 stars and will definitely use them again. Really impressed with the service thank you!

The return team on 6th March 2026 were polite courteous professional n quick....all my fragile boxes arrived safe n sound not a single damage...the team communicated well...actually they even asked if they wanted me them to remove their shoes...that is very thoughtful n kind n culturally appropriate ..they can provide them with shoe covers ...I said it is ok n I can clean after them ...as I haven't put any carpets yet ..thank you ..Youstock Return Team....
Of course their customer service has been rude n not cooperative ..n couldn't explain with transparency or clarity any charges...in short a customer should feel convinced n u should aim at earning trust of the customer rather than just money...
But definitely Thumbs Up for the Return Team....

I had my things storaged for more than one year. I dealt with Ali he is lovely and helpful.
My belongings was delivered to another place efficiently. My only issue was not been able to pick up myself my belongings, but that was the deal so all good.

Cheaper than local storage options, especially given we don't have a car. Pick-up service showed up on time, were very polite and very efficient. Great experience so far

Professional, helpful & excellent communication throughout the process. Pack up with Soni and his team was fantastic, carefully managed and stress free. Highly recommend.

Highly professional, friendly, and quick service in item pick-up and 'tagging' with photos quickly uploaded and categorised on the dashboard. Great communciations with live updates / tracking. Competitive rates with straightforward process. Special mention to Paul/Pawl (apologies for typo) for his professional and friendly service. Have yet to see how items are maintained throughout the year but great experience so far.
