Learning how to make a custom tie on your website took way to long. And uploading your own image just doesn't work when making a tie. But whomever made the tie did a fantastic job and it arrived a week earlier than. Expected so that's fantastic. Great job whomever made the tie, crappy design website though.

The invitations turned out perfectly. The design tool was easy to use and made customization a snap. Couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

I was disappointed in the customization of the order. The print is so small that it's barely visable. Also received 2 glasses that were broken.

My original order was wrong (customization error) so I had to do a return and reorder. Because of the first order being wrong I needed to do express deliver for the 2nd order so that I'd get them in time. I called customer service to see if they could offset the cost of the express deliver and they gave me a promotional code. I had already used a promotional code on my original order so I could not use the promotional code the customer service rep gave me. You are only allowed to use one promotional code. The customer service representative said there wasn't anything else she could do and told me there was nobody else I could talk to. She suggested I call back and see if I got someone else who may be able to help. I'd already spent close to 30 minutes on the call with her so I gave up and ended up paying an additional $24.00 on my replacement order for their mistake.

Love, love, LOVE my wedding invitations!! Customization options were endless, I love the texture and thickness of the paper, and the colors were just as poppin’ as I’d hoped!

The only critique I have for Zazzle is that they expand their envelope options. I wanted the delivery to reflect the specialness of the occasion, and white just… doesn’t.

Like I said, AWESOME results for us! Great reviews from our guests (EVERYONE commented on how unique and beautiful the invites were). We’ll definitely be back for our next big shindig (especially if the envelope options expand!)!

She was kindly patient and, with intuitive guidance, she supported me in navigating the vast possibilities I hadn’t even realized were available on Zazzle; she also took the time to direct me through the process of utilizing the image customization options accessible to me to personalize the design and best coordinate with my floral and color scheme.

I loved the way the invitations came out while looking at them online but when I received them I was so disappointed with the quality of the paper and the font was entirely too small when it did not appear that way in the preview stage of customization. I definitely would not order again.

Very happy with the quality of my customized postcards. Many customization options including adding a custom textbox. Pricing and fast shipping were also great.

Easy to use, love the customization. Just wish the turnaround tike was quicker so i didnt have to pay a fortune in shipping to get my card on time.

Excellent! Design looks exactly like it did on the web site. Shipping was exactly as promised (a little pricey for rush, but still reasonable for the total price). Extra credit as our designer was responsive and made a customization to our template. Will definitely work with Zazzle again!
