Working with Zazzle on my corporate gift was fantastic. I absolutely love the online customization tool for creating custom corporate gifts. It is very user friendly and I would highly recommend. I am very pleased with all aspects of the Zazzle experience. Thank you for making it so easy!

My need was for a quick production customized business card and other than an ordinary shape - I was looking for a square design. While on the Zazzle website I found an option for a larger than average business card - my business marketing has always been about zagging when people are zigging - the larger card is not being used in my marketplace - thus I was able to make a great marketing decision very quickly, using the Zazzle design with my customization - honestly I was done within 1 hour and the order was in the system. It arrived in a timely manner and was true in color and the design was just what I wanted - the graphics and photo were crisp and clear. I will be ordering again soon as I refresh my picture at least twice a year.

I ordered this shirt through Cartoonize My Pet. Contacted customer service there to have some more customization done. I wanted to have three dogs on one shirt. Response was quick and exactly as I wanted it. When the shirt arrived the graphics were sharp and clear and it looked great. We got lots of compliments on it and lots of people wanting to know where we got it.

I was hesitant to order form Zazzle, considering all the mixed reviews were either a hit or a miss. I am glad I gave them a chance because I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting to maybe receive my order two or more weeks from now (because unlike a lot of people who do not read carefully, I understood there was some manufacturing time to be involved due to customization before shipment could be made).

All the items were well packaged and protected upon delivery. Each item came inside its own bubble protection packaging material and the box was well labeled to let the postal workers know the items needed to be handled with care because they are fragile. I ordered on 7/27/15 and my order arrived to my home town by 7/30/15 (post office carrier did mess upon the delivery due to new employee ignorance so I had to pick it up in person; totally not Zazzle's fault).

Oh by the way, I did not pay extra to expedite shipment or anything. It was just a standard shipping (cheapest I was willing to pay because I like to save money and I am patient). To my surprise my order was insured for $100, even though the products were worth less. They even went ahead and sent it as Priority Mail. How wonderful of Zazzle to even do that? :)

I ordered three customized pet bowls for my three cats. The print resolution and color jobs were amazing. I would have given them Five Stars, but one of the bowls had some small minor pictures cut off (even though upon reviewing the bowl when I inputed the designs on their website showed that they wouldn't get cut off). Nothing is exact, I get that now. I guess for future orders I will just do my best to readjust placement of designs (even though they may show them to not be cut off) just to be safe. Other than that small minor thing, it wasn't really that noticeable.

I am still very happy with my purchase overall. I am glad I decided to risk giving them a chance. I wished I could post pictures to prove what my orders looked like, but I don't think I can for this site. I guess you'll just have to decide whether or not (like I did) to give them a chance to earn your trust and your business. (^_^)

P.S. I am not a "paid" online professional reviewer. I give credit where credit is due, the good and the bad. I am just a customer who is satisfied and ecstatic about my items received. I've had countless nightmares dealing with TRUE SCAMMERS online (so much so that I've had to go through a lengthy legal process just to get my refund from these shady companies and get banks involved).

Bottomline, it is always a good idea to research a company to the best of your ability as best you can before giving them your business.

This is my first order with Zazzle. The instructions were easy to follow.
The custom design tool allows you to crop and center the image so you can see exactly what your getting before you submit the order. The Mousepad is very high quality and my custom image was sharp and the color, brightness and contrast were true to the original. I am very happy with the over all experience. Highly recommended.

I bought a Groupon to get holiday cards from Zazzle and when I went to the site I was shocked at the variety of designs and the level of customization. When I designed my card and placed my order, I was shocked at how fast my order was processed, printed and shipped- literally within a few days. The quality of the product was exceptional and I was so proud of our Christmas card this year. I will most definitely return to Zazzle next year to create our holiday cards!

I first heard of Zazzle when our daughter requested a certain mug as a gift. I checked out their ornaments and decided to get two for our two newest four-legged members of the family. The whole customization process was very easy and when the ornaments arrived I was thrilled with the result! They are really beautiful and the customized photos on them turned our really nice. Now I'm not sure if I'll put them on the Christmas tree or wait until our kitties are older - to avoid the chance of the tree crashing or the ornaments getting batted down. Very pleased with the whole process. Shipping was fast too.

I purchased a throw blanket from Zazzle as a wedding gift & needed express shipping because I wasn't sure if the product was going to arrive on time. The order was produced and shipped faster than I thought, and arrived with plenty of time. It looked amazing!! Top quality product & the customization looked great.

Unfortunately, the wedding was called off and I no longer needed the blanket I had purchased. I explained this in an email to customer service, and was surprised when they emailed me back and offered me a refund. The customer service representative was EXTREMELY helpful and I could not have been happier with the service they provided.

I 110% recommend using Zazzle for all your customized gift needs, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I decided to make a poster with a very large image that came out to be around 22 by 24 inches. After checking four different sites, I found Zazzle was the cheapest AND the easiest to use to customize my soon to be poster. I was very impressed with the customization, price, discount/sale, and shipping options. The quality of the image was great and I couldn't be happier with the poster. This has been a strong indicator that Zazzle is a quality site that is worth returning to for future custom poster printings.

The Thank you cards are exactly what I was looking for from color to size to customization.

I love DIY and customization and therefore love that Zazzle exists. Very cool products and the ability to buy them with other people's artwork or my own is simply a wonder of the modern world. I only wish more people knew about Zazzle.

I love the fast shipping and the customization is pretty much the most amazing thing on the website. I made a custom t-shirt for myself expressing my love for my girlfriend and it came out stunning.

Zazzle.com is a web service I got to know only recently. It is a site I discovered by using a search engine to find a place to buy my specific item of merchandise. I didn't know anything about this service when I first opened up the home page to set up a new account, but the search engine claimed Zazzle.com had what I wanted, so I went ahead and began to shop.

What initially brought me to Zazzle.com was my desire to create some customized bumper stickers- a product offered only by a few, select online stores. Many online servcies sell standard, pre- printed bumper stickers, but only a few let you design your own. I logged onto Zazzle.com and was guided through the complete process. I was able to select the words, upload an image from my pc, change the font, add colors, and select the right bumper sticker size per my specifications. Before I knew it, my own unique bumper sticker had been created and I began to think about other items that I would like to have custom- designed at some point in the future.

After I completed buying what I wanted, I decided to look around and see what this online store had to offer. Much to my surprise, Zazzle.com turned out to be a site with a ton of merchandise. I'm not using that term in any exaggerated way- this web site offers millions of items for sale across a broad range of categories. Not only is there a ton of things to buy, there is even more than meets the eye because everything you see can be customized further. For example, you might find a t-shirt that grabs your attention due to its humorous saying. You can then use the customization tool to move the words of the saying higher or lower on the shirt; add a downloaded image; rotate words or images; resize some or all of the words or images, etc. You can also setup your own store and sell your own creations on Zazzle.com. The site actually helps you create your own goods by presenting plain t-shirts, postcards, labels, etc., which you can then select and custom- create. Zazzle.com takes care of everything else. All you have to do is help promote your merchandise and then wait for the money to come rolling in.

Zazzle.com can take some time to complete an order not because it's inefficient, but because it offers so many different ways to modify your selected items and make them even better. Keep in mind that, once you reach the end and are ready to buy, you need to watch the screen closely. The reason is because, when you select an item and add to your shopping cart, the quantity will often default to a number of items that is greater than what you really want. You would think it would default to one item, but that is not usually the case. If you aren't paying attention, you could end up purchasing more of something than you wanted.

Zazzle.com offers many different shipping options. I tend to stick with the standard shipping to save the most money on shipping. This option has taken about nine business days to arrive at my house. This is a couple days longer than promised, but it is only about a day or two more. I can usually tolerate slightly longer shipping, especially if it means saving several dollars or more on the price of shipping. And the base standard shipping will save you a little bit of cash.

Besides buying and selling, Zazzle.com also offers a community section with advice on setting up your own store, creating products to sell, promoting your goods, and more. There are several member forums with direct advice from other Zazzle.com members on how to accomplish your goals in the site.

Overall, Zazzle.com is an interesting web site that I am happy I took the time to explore and get to know. It allows you to create customized items of your own, for sale or your own purchase, as well as search through the gigantic inventory of items for sale to find something to buy. It is great for those with a creative side or those who want something out of the ordinary that cannot be found in other web sites.
