I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent order. After placing my order, I experienced a significant delay in dispatch (19 days after ordering) and inadequate communication from customer support. Despite reaching out multiple times to confirm the delivery date, updates were slow, and my queries went unanswered for several days.
I understand that technical issues can occur, and the company did eventually explain that there was a problem with orders to Portugal. However, the lack of proactive updates, especially during a busy period, was frustrating. This delay meant I was unable to use the materials for a charity project with a strict deadline.
Unfortunately, there appears to be no system in place to cancel or expedite delayed orders, which adds to the inconvenience. I hope the company reviews its processes to improve communication and customer service in the future.
