The product itself is fine. The delivery however isn’t. There was a slight delay, which is ok. However, after that the delivery company sent email notifications twice saying the recipient wasn’t home which is not true. I could not reach anyone in the aforementioned company to inquire what was wrong. In the end it was sent to a depo where I had to pick it up.

I started to use zero water few years ago, the items are always well packed and fast delivered. I am very happy about the filters, the only problem is that the tank's tap is too close to the surface

Heard about ZeroWater via Square Mile Coffee Roasters, unfortunately they can’t stock ZeroWater products any more and so. I had to use their EU website instead. However zerwater were very efficient in their shipping and delivery and their products are excellent!
Hopefully they will be available in the UK again in the near future.

The single worst e-shop purchase of my life. First, you subscribe to newsletter for 10% discount. The discount never comes, but the newsletter sure does. I ordered 6 items. 2 of them never came, even though according to the website, they were in the package. They were not. They were out, but decided to mark them as shipped anyway. This started a month long back and forth with the customer support, where they lied to me, claimed they sent me money back (they did not) and tried to make me cancel paypal dispute so they don't look bad.
