Years of failure, zero accountability

I used Zoho One for approximately five years, which included Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Mail, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM. While some products functioned adequately, Zoho Campaigns was a serious and prolonged problem for my business.
Campaigns were consistently marked as “delivered” when they were never received — not in inboxes, not in spam. This caused real damage: client confusion, reputational harm, and lost trust. I spent years troubleshooting this with Zoho support, including dozens of tickets and multiple calls exceeding two hours each. Despite extensive domain authentication efforts, the issue was never resolved. It stopped entirely the moment I switched to another platform.
When I formally requested compensation for the documented impact, Zoho offered a 15-day service extension — which was not proportionate. Follow-up requests were met with prolonged delays, vague responses, and ultimately a denial, despite a Better Business Bureau complaint being filed.
I have since migrated away from Zoho entirely. For small business owners considering Zoho Campaigns specifically — I would strongly recommend researching deliverability complaints before committing.

Managing multiple platforms can be a…

Managing multiple platforms can be a headache, but it sounds like you’ve found your "secret weapon." Zoho Social is widely regarded as a powerhouse for small-to-medium teams because it balances advanced features with an interface that doesn't require a PhD to navigate.

Here are a few options for your post, polished and ready for different platforms:

Option 1: Professional & Insightful (Best for LinkedIn)
Headline: The game-changer for our social strategy 🚀

We’ve tried a lot of scheduling tools, but Zoho Social has officially taken the top spot. Consistency is the hardest part of social media management, and this platform makes it feel effortless.

Why we’re obsessed:

SmartQ AI: It tells us exactly when our audience is online so we aren't shouting into the void.

Unified Dashboard: Managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more in one place saves us hours every week.

Visual Calendar: Drag-and-drop scheduling means our content pipeline is always organized.

If you’re looking to scale your online presence without the burnout, this is the one.

I’ve had a great experience using Zoho Social. It’s made managing my content so much easier, especially being able to post to both Instagram and TikTok from one place. I also love how simple it is to schedule and share posts directly to my Instagram Stories—it really helps me stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

The platform is very user-friendly, and everything feels organized and easy to navigate. It saves me time, keeps my social media flowing, and lets me focus more on my business instead of stressing over posting.

Overall, Zoho Social has been an amazing tool for me, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their social media management.

Zoho focuses on building apps that work temporarily.

They are bad. truly bad. their payment gate is failing for the last 6 months. I tried to call, tried to email. but 0 responce. They have now 5 days, or I will migrate to their direct compatitotr. Or even do all within my codebase. Buttom line. Zoho cannot be trusted as 3rd party. and guess what the issue is! their payment gateway fails to update my credit card.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. So many problems setting up mail and no help available. They can't even write English properly. I tried to transfer my domain name to them and when I went clicked 'Proceed to payment' I got this message, "Please proceed your purchase through Store". I clicked on the store link and got this message, "You need permission to access this page." I give up. I'm going back to gmail.
Just found out that Zoho DOES NOT host domain names!

Zoho Mail iOS App Does Not Open — Website Only Works

I am a user from Saudi Arabia using a new iPhone
on the free plan.

Here is exactly what happened step by step:

Step 1: I created a Zoho Mail account successfully.
The account was confirmed and active.

Step 2: I tried to open the Zoho Mail iOS app
on my iPhone.
The app showed: "This account does not exist"

Step 3: I opened the Zoho website on my browser.
The website opened perfectly with the same email
and password.

This means:
- My account EXISTS
- The WEBSITE works
- The iOS APP does not work

Step 4: I contacted Zoho support.
Their response was to ask me for a screen recording.
Then they sent me a link to their website.
That is not a solution.

CONCLUSION:

Zoho Mail iOS app simply does not work for
users in Saudi Arabia on the free plan.

The website works. The app does not.
Support does not investigate real bugs.

Is this because I am in Saudi Arabia?
Is this because I am on the free plan?
Zoho has no answer.

A global email company whose app does not open
for users in the Middle East has serious
technical and management problems.

I do NOT recommend Zoho Mail.

I’ve been using Zoho for my digital media workflow, and it has been a game-changer. Whether it’s managing social media through Zoho Social or keeping track of client communications, everything is seamless.

What I like most is how organized the ecosystem is. It makes handling multiple projects much easier without jumping between different tools. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and efficient way to scale your digital presence, Zoho is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended for creators and agencies!

Smooth experience and strong toolset!

Smooth experience and strong toolset!

We’ve been using Zoho for managing parts of our workflow, especially around social media and communication, and the overall experience has been very solid.

The interface is intuitive, and the range of tools makes it easy to keep things organized without jumping between multiple platforms. What stands out most is how flexible the system is — it adapts well to different use cases.

Support and onboarding have also been smooth so far.

As a note for transparency: we received a 30-day extension for leaving an honest review — but the feedback above reflects our actual experience.

Slow response to issue

I cancelled my Mail Lite account weeks ago. I requested on several occasions that ALL my data (you know, Billing Details etc) be removed from their systems. I followed Zoho''s own procedure for removing my organisation and email address and was reassured by them that all this had been done.

As predicted I got billed this month for a service I am no longer using.

And surprise surprise the UK phone support just goes to voicemail.

This company has too many departments and services with bad communications.

Edit 30/04/26

I eventually got a refund. The payment was taken because a secondary Mailbox I had setup, which I was previously assured would not auto renew, did so.

It took some time to figure this out. The only reason I left the secondary mailbox active was because the user of that account had died and it was so his relatives could do the necessary admin on it.

It seem that whilst Zoho give you a lot of controls to manage your email and account this does not extend to billing i.e. you should be able to disable auto renew yourself. And set the account for deletion once it has expired.

I really loved Zoho Social

I really loved Zoho Social, it solved the main issue that I had of having to manually program my social media content, I loved that there are various options to pricing and it's very affordable for the powerful versatility that is offers.

Not user friendly and support is…

I am still learning the system and like some aspects of it.
Not user friendly at times and tried getting questions answered but their AI could not answer. So I am still in the same place started with 30 minutes wasted.

Too bad since overall not a bad system.
