As an organisation, trying to go into the social media awareness side of matrketing, we actually did not have much expectation on how we would experience using Zoho. To say that they have met the expecatations would be an understatement. They have actually made it possible for our marketing department to open up their hidden creativity such that we have to tell them to slow down else they may exhaust them. The premium version is a wow. A huge boost. When it comes to affordability, take my word when i tell you it is like super affordable. So i rate it 6/5.
DISGRACEFUL – FEELS LIKE A TRAP TO KEEP CHARGING YOU
This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Trying to cancel Zoho Workplace has taken MONTHS. The process is unclear, overcomplicated, and support responses are slow and unhelpful. Instead of simply cancelling, I was given confusing excuses like needing “Super Admin email confirmation”, which felt like a deliberate barrier to stop cancellation.
The worst part? Even after cancelling, Zoho STILL processed another payment from my account (£6.72) and sent an email confirming the renewal payment had been taken.
So I’ve wasted months chasing them, only to still be charged anyway.
This isn’t a “small mistake” — it’s a billing system that feels designed to frustrate customers into giving up and continuing to pay.
Zoho might offer decent products, but their billing and cancellation process is shocking. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid unless you want stress, wasted time, and unwanted charges.

I genuinely think Zoho is one of the best platforms for startups. I almost said “small startups,” but honestly, the value they provide is just ridiculous.
For comparison, with Google Workspace, you’re looking at about $22 per seat. Yes, they have a $7 plan, but good luck actually finding it. They start you up on premium, while the cheaper plan gets buried somewhere deep in your account’s version of Narnia.
Zoho Workplace? Four dollars per seat. Great mobile apps. Solid email.

This website is 100% a SCAM. After leaving a review previously highlighting they already made it impossible for me to work out how to cancel subscription they charged me after I blocked the payment as I said they would with their tactics. Disgusting.
