Lying to customers again and again,first the bait,DHL express shipping,then it's USPS 🤦🏻,after more thana lmost 2 months,no delivery was made,even I asked USPS in Instagram about my shipment,the answer was it's in azarbaijan,while it should be delivered to kuwait, asked the seller, why it's over the edge of the globe,the answer was we will contact USPS to give us the answer,now I am lost between the seller and the shipping company,and all I want is full refund
Guys don't buy anything from this seller full of 💩

I bought a pair of Crocs on Xhibition site as a gift - I bought them 3 weeks before the holiday. Well apparently they are a men's store - it didn't say that anywhere. I needed women's size 12 and I received men's size 12 Crocs. I did not know about the 14 or 21 day return policy - it says both in different places. They have AI answer their emails and it said I was within the window but their website says I'm outside the window and will not accept any info. They do not respond, their voicemail box is full.
Not cool and they are now dead to me.

Made a purchase online and it was cancelled due to a stock error. I have not received my refund and customer service has not responded to my emails!

I've ordered from Xhibition 4 times so far and two out of the 4 times they've given me the wrong product. I ordered a ring from them, they gave me a completely different ring. I just ordered some crocs and they gave me the wrong color. There's labels on the box telling you what color is inside and they still screwed up somehow. Is nobody checking before they send it out?

Ordered XL pants from here along with next day shipping, assuming I was getting the CORRECT size pants I ordered I was excited to open my package just to open it up and see that they sent me a MEDIUM how do you get that wrong???. So now I’m getting a refund for what half I paid and seeing how the size I ordered got overlooked and was sent a totally different size, I might be out of money also.

Ordered a sweater online, got an order confirmation and then...nothing for a week, even though I wrote two emails asking for status. After a week, got an automated email saying my order had been cancelled, no reason given. They don't seem to know how to run a business.

I checked this site after I ordered from xhibition and was immediately concerned… for no reason the order processed quickly they updated me constantly and the shoes arrived exactly when they said they would and were exactly what I ordered I would recommend them to anyone

Attempted to return an item and you have to email them to get a shipping label because they don't just have a return option on the website. They will take their sweet time to respond to your return request email, almost as if they're trying to make you run out of time. Now my item has arrived at their address and days later there is no update on them processing my refund. I've sent them two emails about it and no response, even though they claim you'll receive a response email within 24 hours. I guess I'm going to be out of shoes and out of the money. I may need to file a claim with my card company.

My first experienced being new in the area was Kicks in XHIBITION , the beautiful lady who attended me was really super helpful and made it easy for me to put all the items i was looking for. Kicks has it's own brand and price were stiff compared to Primor local brand in Spain but the ingredients doesn't irritate my skin. So i have combined a tint and highlighter but when i paid at the counter the lady gave me a try out size of other brand like bioderm cream and sachets of Bare minerals . She then put them in small bag and wrapped it so elegantly💚🎄))

Bought a defective product here and was asked to return the item myself but they won`t cover the international shipping fee which will cost around $80 - $90 . BE CAREFUL BUYING HERE.

I ordered the wrong size and contacted XHIBITION 2 min later via email asking them to cancel the order or update the order by sending me a bigger size. They sent the order anyway with the wrong size and contacted me via email informing me due to the sneaker being final sale and no return they couldn't change it. I emailed them back and informed them at least they could have updated the order with the correct size before shipping the item. Bad business practice. This was my first time purchasing a item on this website and my last. READ REVIEWS PEOPLE!! its important.

I was looking for a pair of rare Oakleys that have been sold out everywhere. I came across there site and they had them not only that but cheaper cost wise . Just got them in and 💯 new authentic and very fast shipping so I decided to buy another pair different color lenses and used there 15% off and got them even lower cost wise.. sometimes people don’t think about stores that would carry such rare items but I’m glad I found them definitely hassle free and extremely fast shipping..

Terrible customer service. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. My package was lost and they did nothing to help me.
