eDesk is a great app with excellent customer support!
Extemely expensive and keep raising the price. Found other software for $70 and $25 a month that does the same exact thing. Also, if you need to cancel, be sure to let them know 14 days in advance if not you will be forced to pay another month. Never heard of this in my life. Terrible company greedy for money.

Really sharp support. The product is a God send for our support team. It saves us a lot of time and money
I emailed this company to cancel my subscription, but they ignored my request despite multiple follow-ups. Instead of responding, they continued replying in the same email thread with automated messages trying to sell additional services and asking how my trial was going—after I had already clearly stated multiple times that I wanted to cancel.
My emails were completely disregarded. This is the worst communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe a business operates this way. It feels as though the company has abandoned its operations and left automated emails and billing systems running to continue charging customers.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I officially cancelled my subscription, yet eDesk has continued to charge my account as if nothing happened. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a platform that specializes in "customer support" but fails so fundamentally at basic billing integrity and supporting its own (former) users

I Had to shut down my business after 5 years of being a customer on eDesk, i did a yearly plan, after 2 months of renewal I had to shut down, they wouldn't refund the remaining time. be careful and don't work with this company, there are much better, fair alternatives out there.

We cancelled our subscription, yet our card continued to be charged for several months, totalling thousands of pounds.
We contacted the company as soon as we became aware, believing this to be an error. Despite explaining that the service had been cancelled and was no longer used, they refused to refund the charges taken after cancellation.
Based on our experience, we would not consider this a trustworthy or transparent business to deal with.

I'm never one to really leave reviews, but we've just signed up to using edesk, as a business that operates across multiple marketplaces it is a gamechanger for us and makes customer service so much easier. I was spending a ridiculous amount of time across platforms and constantly missing SLAs because of it, now all of the information is available for me all in one place, I love how it links in tracking, orders and the automation and AI features are great.
Granted it can be a little pricey but as a company whose core value is great customer service, this is a game changer for us.
Great service, never let us down, fantastic support from the team

This software has made our CS teams so much more efficient. Less time wasted checking orders against messages and the AI chatbot we are trying out looks like it could really save us during peak times.
Getting Spam phone from this crowd saying they bought my personal, non business mobile number from a dodgy crowd called LUSHA. Whom I've already asked to stop selling my stolen data.

Charged me for an extra seat that i never chose and i couldn't even downgrade to 1 seat even tough there was only 1 user in the system.
I wanted to finally completely cancel the subscription and I couldn't find any unsubscribe button. The worst thing? You need to contact the support 2 weeks before the month ends in order to cancel the subscription!
When I texted them I want to cancel they asked me WHY I wanted to cancel it instead of just do the cancellation. I really hate this!
We live in 2025 and this company still does subscription cancellation over email. Horrible behaviour. They wanna make it extra hard for people to cancel the subscription if they are unhappy.
Also what I really don't like is that it's basically useless for Amazon Customer Service because they don't even show the order or the customer name in the tickets, so I need to go to the amazon message anyway to process the ticket.
Useless software and horrible cancellation policy, NEVER again
