Waited well over three weeks for them to ship my order. When I got it, it was missing 2 items. They refunded one of the missing items automatically, but I have been emailing them about the other missing item for 2 weeks, and apart from an auto reply assigning me a case number, I haven’t received any response. Unprofessional operation that doesn’t appear to take their business seriously; proceed with caution if ordering from them.
Placed my order 3/11/26, ETA to be delivered 3/20/26. Just before expected delivery date received an email that it would be "delayed". I've been emailing their customer service address, requesting a new ETA. Zero response. I am at the point where I am going to ask my bank to dispute the payment as I have not received by items, nor received a reply from the company. Do. Not. Recommend.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size product from this company and requested a refund following the process they communicated online. Originally, it took two weeks and a follow up email to hear back from them as you have to email them and ask to return the order. II sent the product back, paying over $20 for return shipping as they don’t provide that service. This is fine as I wouldn’t expect that. However, UPS confirmed that my return order was received at the facility 3 weeks ago and I haven’t not been refunded my $134 yet. I sent an email last week asking for an update with no reply. I just sent another email again today. It shouldn’t be this difficult! I won’t use this company again. I’ll stick to Walmart which is sad because I prefer to purchase from companies that are not big box stores. Stay away from this vendor!
