Yass Clean Reviews 

It was advertised by a video of a man cleaning his wooden doors, but when arrived was for fabric. I double checked and then tried on a door. It took paint off and also did not clean fabric. Very misleading. I did receive a refund however.

So av been getting yass clean products since the start and av never had a problem but the other week my parcel came damaged so I got in contact with the company an wow they resolved my problem straight away and even sent out another parcel free of charge I was and am so happy that they went out of their way to resolve my issue and will continue to use there products definitely be buying again

Really disappointed with the Yass Clean Scent Boosters. I ordered the tropical and orange ones, and the fragrance is pitiful. Total waste of money for such a subtle hint of a scent - nullified the whole point of using a scent booster.

I was really surprised as there were so many good reviews, but when I actually looked at them there are multiple gushing reviews from the same names, so I’m guessing incentivised, or worse - bots.

I won’t order again and wouldn’t recommend. What a waste of money.

Saw a random ad on Facebook for this company and love to try new stuff. Then found out they were in Gloucestershire where I live, so gave me more reason to do so!
Package arrived today (ordered at the weekend so only 2 days seeing as they wouldn’t have dispatched until Monday) and OH MY GOD. The smell..

I ordered the washing pods, scent boosters and bleach spray (plus the multi-surface cleaner from TikTok the same day) and the Sea Breeze scent is simply divine. I’ve ordered on subscription to get these every month and can skip a month if I get a backlog, so it’s ideal. Plus you get a discount for doing so! Win/win!

Just put my first wash in, so really hoping the smell sticks around!

Unfortunately it’s not a great update. The smell is great, yes. But it only lasts until the clothes are actually washed. Nothing after. Which is a real shame.

However, the bleach spray is great and the f**king magic cleaner is exactly that; f**king magic! So not all doom and gloom.

I absolutely love the products. But as you use royal mail for delivery I now can't get the products to use

Royal mailhave held by parcel hostage now for 7 days. Now awaiting a refund

Absolutely appalling customer service. My order arrived damaged because the items were carelessly packed with no bubble wrap or protection whatsoever. Instead of acknowledging their poor packaging and resolving the issue, they have refused to take responsibility.

Placed an order on the 22nd of June contacted them on the 29th to ask why the order was still on processing got a message back on the 30th saying it would be sent out that day it’s now the 12th of July my order is still in processing so had to contact them again about a refund

Just loving all the YASS CLEAN… Products, I’m Hooked, I’ve Got A Dedicated Cupboard Just For YASS CLEAN…The Scents Are Devine, My Favourites Are Coconut 🥥 & Cherry Blossom 🌸 But All Are Amazing … There’s Only A Couple Of Products Ive Not Tried, But Will Once They Are In Stock Again…Delivery It Outstanding… So Quick…. Don’t like no smell

I ordered the brand new carpet/floor cleaner to give it go. I was always told to use the solution recommended by the cleaner but I thought sod it! It was cheaper so had no idea if it would work. It was a smaller bottle so wasn’t sure it would be enough. It was free postage for 1 bottle so I thought give it a go. I following the instructions by using 1 cap… and oh my word, what a difference this stuff made! I thought I had grey carpets.. OH
NO.. I had greyge carpets and the more I did the more the greyge showed up where I’d not been!
This stuff is amazing at getting carpets clean .. highly recommended
