My first purchase was 1 week late (factory direct- from China. They have some items in stock in the Netherlands so then it is much faster). Goods as described, no quality issues.
I had a question about delivery updates after placing the order and no news after 2 weeks (i choose the fastest delivery option) and a representative replied quickly by email and informed me about the estimated delivery date. So 4 stars because of delivery deadline missed. I am thinking of buying from this company again.

The delivery was very disappointing as only 1 out of 9 vests came. „Out of stock“ was the explanation. Unfortunately way too late! This must be communicated up front.

Delivery has been greatly delayed.Delivery delays is the reason for this bad review, not products. We have no notification of when our products will be delivered and we are already several days past the last delivery date stated. This is, however, the first time something like this happens. We have ordered several times from yehwang and we had always been very happy with the products received.

Inferior product and poor customer service e
I bought 5 of the same style rings in different colours from this website for my store. Upon opening the package one was damaged i immediately reported and was refunded. I placed the other 4 on display A few weeks later as I received an order and ready to pack 2 more of the rings stones became loose. I contacted them and they told me it cannot be refunded. This batch of ring clearly has a manufacturer's problem. Because 3 rings of the same style the stone went loose/broken. This is terrible customer service and inferior quality product.
Update: they eventually gave me a refund after going back and forth about the inconvenience of their policy affects my client and my losses.
