They read emails but don't respond.
Phone up to query my fees, as I was informed I was in credit. The received a letter saying I owed nearly £2k Was informed to wait as they would look into it. The got two additional letters for extra admin costs when I got back after time out of country. Stacey J has been notably unhelpful, despite reading my email, in addition to those who colleagues send, I never get any response. I am in contact with the Ombudsman to discuss. I then just get sent more receipts in the post with no explanation. Be careful and vigilant at all times.
