Where to even begin.

Where to even begin.
Asked someone to come and do a water heater review. Guy came round the next day but didn't wear a mask in my home. His attitude was disrespectful and just because I was obviously young he was also particularly patronising. Didn't hear anything from them since then which was over a month ago. First email I recieve this morning saying that the payment is 14 days overdue! Turns out for the 10 minutes that the guy was here for they want £84! I can tell you now that this man's time was not worth £500 an hour for him to sign a piece of paper that said my hot water tank wasn't going to leak. Avoid.
