Shire doors or Yorkshire doors of wharf street Shipley West Yorkshire's customer service has been appalling so far in my experience. I left a complaint with them in November of 2017 with no response. I have since made numerous phone calls each time only to be fobbed off. Today I have called twice and have finally received a response only to be told I would be contacted later this afternoon. It is now much later this afternoon and still no call back.
