If you are foreign forget about getting hired by them re send rejection after rejection letters and honestly I'm tired of it. You can learn dutch all you want forget about getting hired by them. I have spent weeks on their web apply for the things i do quality for and then when i tried applying for longer jobs like other picking and still nothing. I know my cv is okay because i have had it made 4 separate time and paided for it too.

I've gotten a temporary job for this summer and the team in Amsterdam really helped me with everything.

Getting started was a nightmare, signed same documents a million times, after fights with everyone at young capital. Finally got to work. I worked for 2 shifts and it’s been 3 weeks since and I haven’t gotten paid. I’m following up regularly but nothing. I didn’t get my expenses reimbursed. The agents you work with know absolutely nothing about anything. This is the worst company to work for PLEASE DO NOT apply for jobs with young capital. WORST infuriating company to work through.

They found work for me quickly (<2 weeks) and were very helpful. Sofieke was always happy to answer my questions and made it a good experience with YoungCapital!

The payment advertised on the website was not equal to the one I was assigned and only became aware after signing the contract (half of what was advertised) making the advert incredibly misleading.( they also state they plant two trees when you review on TrustPilot, but their whole website is filled with AI which is incredibly damaging to the planet. Very performative environmentalism.)

I had a very good experience thanks to Vera. She was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. She handled every situation quickly and made everything much easier for me.

I really wish all supervisors or recruiters were like her — supportive, efficient, and genuinely caring. She helped me with every problem without delay and always with a positive attitude.

I have applied for 2 different jobs.
First job they mistakenly gave my personal phone number to another applicant mistaken it with the hiring person at the company they represent. This is clearly a data breach! For the second job I applied they just send me an email they can not go further because they had not been able to reach me. I did not receive any calls or emails regarding this job opening. Very unprofessional.

Lost my job because I got sick! and they still have not paid me fully 3 months after. Everytime I try to speak with someone they either hang up the phone or tell me they will call back and they never do. Mails are unanswered. Do not make the mistake and sign a contract with them.

I like the way entertain they guest they so want to make sure everything is fine

If you get a generic rejection within 4 minutes after applying for a function you have over 7 years of experience in and you no feedback if you ask... And this happens at least once week, then something smells fishy.

This company sucks so much that it does not even deserve 1 star honestly. I would strongly advice anyone to not have any business with it.

First time using Youngcapital. A job perfect for me since I worked in a very similar field for 13 years, they called me just to downplay me with a snarky tone as if I’m dumb and saying I am not good enough and should search for a job that fits me better. It’s literally the same job I worked in for 13 years but just another name and location. Why do they even call just to be rude. I will not recommend this company over another, first experience with them and instantly the most rude experience too.

YC’s recruitment process is a classic bait-and-switch. They are highly attentive until the contract is signed, at which point they effectively ghost you for any support or HR needs. While my emails went unanswered for weeks, they had no problem spamming my personal phone with texts and calls the second they needed something from me.

The lack of structure is staggering. Pay dates are an unpredictable "whenever" between Tuesday and Friday, and they expect employees to subsidize their travel costs with a sub-standard 19-cent mileage rate. Most telling was their handling of a pre-agreed holiday. I was given the run-around for two months, being passed from one person to the next, only to have the final company deny my day off after being told by YC I "should be fine" with my request. This company appears to survive by exploiting the vulnerability of immigrants or young professionals who are in no position to fight back. Avoid this organization at all costs; they have zero integrity and even less professional competence.
