I was pestered by this company to renew my insurance on my washing machine which i then did ..so unfortunatly my machine broke down and as i have never dealt with insurance before on it i rang to ask what to do .person on phone did not know and said he would ring back but he never so rang i again to be told they couldnt do anything as i was to early into my contract .so was sending my money back to me ..surely you are covered from first day of contract ...how am i supposed to know when the machine breaks .. useless company in my eyes

I called Connor today who was friendly and very helpful an engineer called back with half hour and within 3 hours in total my cooker was fixed. Excellent service all round

I have never known anything like it. What kind of insurance company only works Mon to Fri 9 - 5? Also when I took the insurance out I was told they covered accidental damage and that they would be out and have it fixed within 7 days. I called up and was told that a broken knob on my cooker was cosmetic!! No... it means I can't use the ring it's used for. 2nd it's been a week and all I have been told is that I need to pay extra!! I have tried to contact them but are closed when I need them. What a joke!! Stay with D&G,

Manley who i spoke to was very helpful, explained everything to me. In a way I would understand, what he was saying to me. He had very good sense of humour. Also he was very polite, honest. We both understood each other what each other was saying. I would like to give manley 100% review. He was very genuine, he was very good of what he was saying to me. We both even had a laugh, joke while he was explaining everything. So again I will give him another 100%.

I spoke with Aston a total of 3 times. The first two, I was at lunch with family so he had to call back. I'm glad he did. He was well spoken, charming and knowledgeable. I eventually took cover for 5 items and the price was amazing. Compared to other brands that do the same thing, Your Brand are a very competitive company. I wasn't rushed on the call like other brands do to you and he made sure I was happy with what we'd discussed. He made sure I didn't have any questions and gave me plenty of opportunity to jump in if I had any questions. I'm good at interrupting, my bad, but he was so happy to help. As I used to be a compliance officer for LTSB online banking, I'd give Aston full marks and a pay raise!

STAY AWAY from this company
I took out cover for a number of appliances.. I need the top oven of my cooker fixed as it wasn’t staying alight they came out but couldn’t get the parts for it so they offered me the choice of 2 replacements… both the cookers were 1 oven and a grill.. I rang them to say that both the cookers were 1 oven and a grill and that was paying for a double oven and that it was the top oven that needed fixing so they knew I had a double oven cooker.. I needed the top oven fixing because I use it a lot.. they tried to tell me that the 2 choices of replacements were double ovens… errrmmm NO they arnt they are single ovens and a grill.. they ten said the specification numbers of my oven were the same as the ovens they had sent me… NO they arnt because mine would of said DOUBLE ovens… I then cancelled my cover with them and they sent me a bill for £547 saying I had breached my contract.. well I’m sorry but you breached your service.. I’ve redone my cover until the contract is up in July.. you are the eorst cover company ever I should of stayed with domestic and general.. stay away people because they screw you totally over and I now have to get a new DOUBLE OVEN cooker.. total rip off

A temperamental and suicidal air fryer decided that it didn't want to cook my dinner for me. "Tough doodah lady- you can have a pot noodle!"
That led me to call Your Brand Cover on a Monday morning to ask for their help and make a claim.
A very lovely young person named Conner took my call and from the outset was friendly, courteous and polite. He made the process as pain free as possible firstly by listening to my issues and then by making the necessary admin simple and easy to understand.
After I sent a couple of photos of the aforementioned awkward air fryer,my claim was immediately accepted,
Conner had apologised at the beginning of my call because Monday is their busiest day. Obviously!!! We all know that if an appliance is going to misbehave, it will pick the most inconvenient time at the weekend.
I had not been singled out as a target for the uprising of the machines. There were others out there like me that needed the assistance of Your Brand Cover to resist the rebellion.
The apology was unnecessary as Conner then proficiently and efficiently took all the necessary details a d passed them on to colleagues that would offer me a replacement product inside a couple of hours.
Conner kept me informed throughout the process and made an otherwise tedious inconvenience into a pleasant conversation.
Overall, I was happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company.
