Christmas is supposed to be a time of joy and happiness, unfortunately this bunch of money grabbing thieves don’t see it that way!!!
Their advent calendar, which is bought for a loved one arrives and frankly you’d get better buying fake from China!
It’s full of miniature samples of and multiple items frankly no one would ever want, clearly that’s why they do an advent calendar to get rid of their CRAP!!! Unfortunately like their other brands Gucci, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, and Bottega Veneta all they are interested in is margin, we’ll just continue selling to SPORTS DIRECT and their associates flannels etc who like screwing up the high st

These guys know how to deliver quality…

These guys know how to deliver quality apparel in the market.
Yeah, you need to pay lots of money if you want to get a new coat for upcoming winter, but the game is worth the candle. After purchasing this coat you will realize that you have bought quality clothes, which suits any kind of jeans, trousers, pants, slacks as well as it will suit sneakers, runners or shoes.

The pink palette of your dreams

Wow there's a reason why babylone Roses 400 eyeshadow by ysl is sold out.I managed to get my hands on one from h beauty at the metrocentre newcastle.Ive finally found the pink palette of my dreams ! The shimmers can be put on with a brush and still be pigmented enough to not need to use your finger.Im 58 and the shimmers don't transfer to my upper lid.They are not just toppers.young and old will love this palette ! The pinks and purples are just beautiful ! Bought storra dolls 100 and its the same just gorgeous. Only downside is both eyeshadows did not have enough glue on the back and fell out,easily remedied. Dont pass on these palettes ,only 1 I've already considered repurchasing.

Neither cheap nor expensive

Yves Saint Laurent for me is a brand which is neither expensive nor cheap. It's something in the middle and it depends on what category of clothes, accessories, or beauty goods you are looking for. For instance, their shower gels are quite cheap, at least for me. But when it comes to clothes, then of course it's expensive.
They are good at producing perfume, too. Check it out, you won't regret.

Error in manufacturing of some glasses and not willing to give me a refund / repair / replacement.

Without giving too many details, I purchased a pair of white sunglasses which I wore about 5 times max. They ended up with stains, although I keep them in a safe place (a drawer) together with all my other designer items. After an evaluation, I realised that it was the black case that damaged the sunglasses (color transfer). After countless of emails with Saint Laurent, them being very slow in responding, they decided to not offer me any of the options I requested: repair, replacement or refund. Not matter how much I insisted and ask to speak to a supervisor, nothing has worked. I was so surprised to feel so ignored. Other companies like Prada or MyTheresa would never do that...Saint Laurent couldn't care less. Hence, here comes my review about their poor service. Now I am left with a pair of 400 euros sunglasses which I can never again wear or sell or nothing...

Focus on the person paying

I recently had the opportunity to shop at your store in Portugal (Lisboa) and wanted to share my experience.

Overall, I was impressed with the prompt and courteous greeting my friend and I received. The YSL representative was friendly, and I appreciated their assistance in finding the bag I was interested in.

However, there was a particular incident that left a slightly unfavorable impression. While deciding on my purchase and discussing the VAT process with the representative, it felt like the attention shifted more towards my friend, who had asked the question. However, as the shopper, I would have preferred the focus of the answer directed towards me, which would have felt more respectful and inclusive.

This interaction left both my friend and me feeling a bit uneasy, and we discussed it after leaving the store. While I understand there could be various reasons for this, such as a misunderstanding or miscommunication, I believe it's essential for the team to be mindful of such situations.

Customer experiences play a crucial role in shaping the reputation of a brand, and I wanted to provide this feedback constructively. Being attentive to customers and ensuring equal and respectful engagement can enhance the overall shopping experience.

I remain a fan of Yves Saint Laurent and hope that this feedback contributes to maintaining the high standards your brand should be known for.

I purchased in store two pairs of Niki…

I purchased in store two pairs of Niki Boots, one smooth leather, the other pair suede and the Jamie Suede Bag a few months ago.

I have yet to use the suede items. I am actually dreading using them.

I wore the smooth leather boots for the first time for a max 3 hours. The sole started to disintegrate at the toe leaving damage. I was actually shopping in Nomasei pop up shoe shop in Paris at the time. I gave them my boot to look at & their response was not positive.

YSL collected the boots from me. I am now being told this is wear and tear!!!! These are £1100 boots. I wore them for a few hours. These boots are not made for walking. They are made to just sit in a box and look pretty.

I am appalled at the quality and service. I wish I had never set foot in the store and spent my hard earned money on items that are throw away after a few hours wear. High end tat.

Horrible product

Horrible product. Decided to purchase a YSL bag instead of Louis Vuitton this time. I’ve had the bag less than 6 months and 5 spots are already peeling. Purse is authentic and purchased directly from the YSL website. Customer service was apologetic; however, they will not return the product without original tags still attached. We have to drive over an hour to have the purse looked at and hopefully “repaired” by the store.

The worst brand ever the heels are not straight and i send it to be fixed but they didn’t approve it and they returned it after 5 month and now i can’t wear it because it make me fall right away i paid 1500$ for nothing don’t buy it

Is it even real leather?

Apparently the leather on the totes isn’t supposed to last too long - in the words of the sales assistant himself! Mine has 4 worn corners after minimal use - I work from home and it hardly leaves the house. Absolutely appalled at this comment re such an expensive bag. I expect to keep them for life with good care. I’ll never buy again.

When I came home I was surprised. YSL gave me a parcel I wasn’t expect that😭😭😭you guys can’t believe how excited I was. They sent me free foundation free perfume😭😭ysl you guys are amazing.😭😭thanks for choosing me ysl😭🫶🏻I tried that foundation it’s cool and after that i brought that foundation and perfume. Again thank you so much. You are the best ysl😭🫶🏻

faulty men's wallet within 3-months; trying to charge to repair it

Bought a men's wallet and within 3-months of little to no use, the lacquer on the sides peeled off. when i walked into the pitt street David Jones store, the store manager was so rude and is asking me to pay for it to be relacquered. avoid at all costs; many better designer brands. they shouldn't be called high-end goods, but faulty-end goods.

HORRIBLE Product Quality with ZERO customer support

We purchased YSL shoes and can’t believe how HORRIBLE the product quality is - when we went to YSL their customer service is just as HORRIBLE as their product quality - they do not stand behind the product. Purchased shiny silver platform heals - silver started to significantly peal off after one light wear - approached YSL to repair or replace and they were not willing to help. Shoes were $1650 and literally good for one time use because of the deterioration. Highly recommend going with another brand as YSL not only produces poor quality product but does not stand behind the product. Very disappointed.

BOYCOTTING YSL

I recently purchased the YSL Cassandra sandals, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. Despite spending a considerable amount of money on these sandals, I found them to be incredibly uncomfortable and the metal logo caused an allergic reaction, which was very unpleasant. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was disappointed to learn that they could not assist me since the sandals had already been worn. I believe this lack of customer service and compassion is unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of YSL products. Additionally, I find it concerning that YSL does not allow customers to provide reviews and feedback on their products, which could help other customers avoid similar experiences. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from YSL, and I plan to take my business elsewhere.

YSL Lou Camera Bag - Terrible Quality

Purchased the YSL Lou Camera Bag in quilted leather and am so very disappointed in the quality. The first bag I purchased had to be returned within the first 3 weeks because the stitching was visibly coming out. The YSL representative at the store said it was a defective bag and gave me another new bag. Not long after, maybe 5 months later, I had to bring the second bag back because the tassel strands were splitting. They agreed that they had problems with the tassels, but only replaced the tassel this time. I told them I didn't feel this bag was of quality and asked to upgrade to another bag, but they said no. At this point, my new tassel is starting to split and the leather on the bag is fraying. I am embarrassed to carry this bag on my shoulder. I hate it. I will never purchase another YSL. Going back to Louis Vuitton. Much better quality and service.
