I have to join others in their negative experience even though I've had a really good run with Saint Laurent till recently. It's been the third time my order was canceled and the money taken. They do not release the funds, they cancel orders, but take a payment.
Moreover, the product I tried to buy this time didn't even show as low stock, and suddenly miraculously it wasn't available.
Now almost a week later I have no shoes and no money...
And we are not talking about 50 eur here...
Avoid, take your power as a paying customer and support other companies.

I ordered my girlfriend a black handbag and received a fake one. Only reason I found out was my gf did not like the strap so we took it into the store. I called customer service and was accused of fraud. Manager didn’t bother to call me back. Mind you I am a decorated retired Air Force Veteran with a clearance still working for the government. I explained this to STL that I don’t have spare fake bags to try to exchange but they didn’t care. Horrendous company and customer services. I will never buy another STL product. EVER. Just got lucky my gf wanted to exchange it.

I think their customer service is great. I have always spoken to lovely people and have always felt I have had a great customer experience. Make sure if you have any issues at all to contact them as soon as you can and they are more than happy to help
Refused to compensate for defective bag passing off the problem to the customer
I bought a medium envelope bag in dark natural from Saint Laurent. My order # is F1YSUSO101933248. The hardware on the bag when it was was antiqued hardware instead of shiny gold. Saint Laurent offered zero compensation for the disappointment or time wasted on this purchase and only offered me an exchange for the imperfection. I do think this inconvenience should be met with some kind of compensation in some way to the customer other than an exchange request.

I specifically orders from the official website and not other retailers which had the same loafers cheaper in order to ensure I will receive the correct shoes. Not only I got the wrong ones, they didn’t even care to find the correct shoes to replace them with. I don’t understand how such a high end brand allows this to happen, terrible and will not be purchasing again!

I bought a wallet for my husband on our anniversary. The first wallet I ordered on Saturday I received an email to say it was cancelled Monday morning at 9am. I re-ordered at 10am and with exceptional speed my order was delivered to me UK Tuesday (the next day) all the way from Italy. The item quality is perfect and I’m just overwhelmed with how great the delivery service was.

I've only ever had excellent service at YSL, especially the David Jones Melbourne store and their Flagship store on Collins. I've purchased online also but find shipping takes a while but great products. If you want a perfect YSL bag go straight to their boutiques as I've purchased YSL bags from MyTheresa, NetAPorter and ssense and there was always something wrong with my YSL bag ie: kinks in the leather, no box, imperfect shape.

I contacted YSL and ask them to repair the bag and they refused to do it and suggest me to go to repair my bag at local leather store. Purchased bag whilst on holiday in Milan in June. Paid £1800. It was an anniversary present so I’ve only just started using it. 5 times in total whilst on our Uk holiday. The strap snapped on 5th day so took it in to Sloane street. They would not exchange the bag insisting the strap would be sent off for repair and would take 2 weeks. I cannot believe this is acceptable customer service. I’m left with a bag that I now have to carry by the handle , subjecting it to damage by greasy hands as I have no other bag to use on holiday. I would have expected better customer service. I cannot believe I have spent this much to have a bag break in so little a time
Damaged Brand New Puffer Bag
Bought a puffer bag, super excited to use it. Store associate told me he’ll pack a brand new one so I didn’t bother to check the condition of the bag, but upon taking it out of the dust bag when I was home I noticed a bunch of scratches, one of them specifically has leather peeling off. Went into the boutique the very next day, sales associate told me there was none in stock on the entirety of the east coast, MAYBE can get one shipped in from California. It’s coming to almost 3 weeks now and has received no updates.

Horrendous customer service form your Bond Street store. If you’re going to buy from YSL then get it online because the stores will only exchange or give you store credit should you wish to return. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of bag hence trying to return only to be told that I will have to accept store credit (which is accepted in only 2 London stores). I’ve now got £2000 in credit for a brand that I wouldn’t ever touch again. I’d go elsewhere if you actually want something that is of high quality and to be treated with respect as a customer! Never again

I have had the most awful customer service from your team at client service GB. I have been trying to return a parcel for over a week now and nobody calls me back, nobody collects my parcel and nobody wants to help at all. I have chased and contacted the team multiple times daily and they just are not interested in helping. The staff are so rude and almost had me in tears this morning because I was just being fobbed off yet again. A man from a DHL office came and helped me in the end but I am so disgusted such a high end brand offer such an awful service. I expect next my refund request will be rejected due to length of time to return, which is not my fault at all.
