I ordered the color protective shampoo and conditioner. I loved them so much I went back and ordered and ordered 4 more! My hair is so soft and looks so good! I am a long time customer and so happy with everything I have used.

I had an issue with my delivery. I don’t know where it went sideways but Yves Rocher replaced the order after I provided the proper paperwork. I had no problem doing that because we want the company to stay in business but as a customer I want to be taken care of. They did a great job!

When ever I order anything, I get it right away. And the products I order smell so amazing. I get compliments on how I smell all the time. I use the body wash and body shimmer oil. And they make my skin feel so soft.

What a great company What a great product ! First time buying Yves Rocher. I had purchased the shampoo,conditioner & mask for colored & dull hair. Unfortunately when it products arrived the mask bottle had opened & product was 1/2 out. I called & they were on it. Great customer service. They send out replacement the next day.
Now on to the products FANTASTIC is the only way describe them. I am a Brunette ( by box color ) and had no shine to my hair. Well that changed on my 2nd shampoo conditioning & mask. My hair feels so healthy not weighed down & shine without having to spray product on my hair. I can't wait to try other products.

I was not able to put my key code in so I was not able to take advantage of my birthday gift etc. As you are ceasing operations in the US, there were items I wanted to order. As a customer of more than 40 years, I will miss your products.
The website was easy to order from and checkout was fast.
Delivery was back to your standards. Items were packed carefully, wrapped when necessary and in a cardboard box.
