I received a faulty table and trying to return it has been almost impossible. It’s now been over a month since the order was received and ten days since the table was returned to their warehouse. Zara are still refusing to refund my £400 or even talk to me.
Their customer service is useless. Emails are sent from a ‘noreply’ email address. Customer agents who allege not to be AI simply reply with template answers. Every time I’ve contacted them their final answer is “your case is in review” “is there anything else I can help you with”. It’s beyond infuriating!

I have bought some door knobs at "Zara Home" in Belgrade, Serbia.
I couldn't believe how bad quality is that...that is not a cheap product and lasted just few weeks....I am very sorry that I did not buy it at flea market instead. I would pay much less for much better quality.
Refuse to refund lost items
I made an order over $650, 6 items. They delivered 1 item, and when I call they tell me they lost the items and I need to wait for an investigation. Extremely rude customer support, and doesn't want to refund me. Would never again.
I bought two wireless LED foldable…
I bought two wireless LED foldable paper lamps. One stopped working within a week. I brought it back to the store and they gave me a hard time even though I had the receipt and it was clearly not working. They replaced it but then within another 2 weeks, both lights stopped working all together. Super cheap. So annoyed.
I should start by saying the Zara Home…
I should start by saying the Zara Home bed and side tables I purchased were beautifully made; in this sense I can’t fault Zara Home. However, the cheap delivery courier used to deliver the bed may as well have just fired the items out of a Canon into the front of my house. No care was taken with the delivery and unsurprisingly, the bed was damaged. I’m now left waiting for the bed and side tables to be collected before receiving a refund, creating a very frustrating delay in sourcing a new bed.
I wish this review was about the quality of the furniture and not the awful delivery service but there seems little point having great products if there is no chance they will arrive undamaged.
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service! This whole web site is a scam. We ordered an item two weeks ago and never received anything! Now that we are asking for a refund, their lousy customer service is telling me they need to investigate with FEDEX first! Seriously?? Fedex said the package they received from them was EMPTY. This is FRAUD pure and simple.
Extremely poor service and product
Extremely poor service. Ordered a lamp, arrived broken, they sent a replacement and same issue. I am trying to arrange for them both to be returned and receive a refund. They arranged a courier (no store in Ireland for Zara home) and it didn’t show. I have been trying to contact them for weeks now but dealing with a robot (which I have spent a good 3 to 4 hours over numerous chats on and have still gotten nowhere). Do not purchase from them online if they do not have a home store in your country.
Should be able to give them 0 star for the worst customer service
Should be able to give them 0 star. Purchased rechargeable lamp on Saturday at the Battersea Powerstation store. I was serviced by the manager. The lap was partly glass and she wrapped it in paper which didn’t really provide any protection at all. I left the store and when I got home, the lamp had broken. I immediately came back to the store and refused to acknowledge what she’s done and kept on telling me that the lamp was wrapped so it should have been fine. The lap was wrapped twice in paper and wasn’t secured by any form form of sticky tape so how was it it secured?
I was advised to contact customer service via WhatsApp and they keep on telling me to go to the store and no one is taking responsibility to help me so now £50 down the drain. Disgusting service
Love my cotton percale fitted sheets
Love my cotton percale fitted sheets.
Very cozy and makes being in bed much more relaxing.
Definitely ordering a few more soon.
Different return policy for bulky items
I'm writing this review hoping to warn other shoppers. I ordered a bulky item and have gone through hell trying to return it. I still haven't received my refund.
They claim returns are easy and cost €1.95 but they never mentioned that does not apply to big products, such as furniture.
I don't know if it's because they don't have a physical store in Ireland, but I was not able to initiate a return via the app (the option was disabled), so I had to contact support. First they tried to make me pay €65 to AnPost to send it back to Spain. When I said that's not what their policy says, they issued me a return label for an address in Ireland. I sent the product back, it has been delivered by AnPost, and now I'm fighting with their chat support to actually get my money back because they say they haven't received the item.
The chat support makes me want to cry. You will get automated chat bot replies, repeating the same things over and over again. Not possible to contact them by email, no email transcripts from the chat. It's like a black hole and I feel like I am talking to a SCAMMY company. No traces of communication anywhere, because there is no chat history once they close the conversation. Super frustrating and very difficult to actually reach a human.
THE worst customer service I have ever…
THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. Is it a job requirement at Zara to be an absolute arrogant a** ? No matter in store or online Zara home or Zara I have yet to find a normal nice person ? It’s like in pretty woman when she goes into all these bougie stores and they treat her like dirt but I’m not in MOAT but Zara home and still no matter when and where they speak and chat incredibly rude.
I can’t return the item
I can’t return the item. They are not sending the delivery service to pick it up and now they don’t answer my messages.
Just don’t buy in this shop - It is scam.
I've placed 3 separate orders for…
I've placed 3 separate orders for furniture since I've moved to a new home.
1. Order one: the bed send out is a completely different colour to the pictures and they refuse to exchange it.
2. Order two/three: Items arrived badly broken, scratched and practically needed to be returned. They still haven't informed me of when they will be collected and refunded. it has been 2 weeks and i've contacted them 4 times so far.
3. Lines never work to call. only through chat that is not helpeful.
I feel robbed and cheated. Will never use zara home again and I have spend too much money already on these orders. I am stuck with broken and wrong items.
Even one star feels far too generous
Even one star feels far too generous. On their 3rd attempt to deliver correctly with complete components of a nearly 5000 euro package, they ‘forgot’ one package of screws. This company is so bad and the quality of their products do not justify their prices. Don’t even mention the quality of the service. It’s so low to be nonexistent. Offering apologies is not worth a conversation. Only some form of monetary compensation can help them now.
There are better options where to shop: Zoco Home, Maisons du Monde, etc.
Item ordered online on the 15th of January, today 17th of February still no updates from Zara Home.
Giving 1 star, just because I'm not allowed to give zero. I ordered an item online on the Netherlands website more than one month ago, but still no updates from Zara or the shipping company. The item is stuck somewhere but Zara doesn't take any responsibility for it. Useless customer service is telling me that they are investigating, and it is like that since 3 weeks. I will never, ever buy again from them.
I have just had to chase Zara Home and…
I have just had to chase Zara Home and Evri for 2 - 3 weeks on an order I made, just to passed around to different people saying the same empty messages. Finally refunded but won’t even offer to Waive the shipping if I ordered again - turns out they packaged incorrectly causing my delay and even then I had to chase to hear details. Ive deemed not worth it to try again with them
An absolute farce
I ordered some items from Zara Home and after waiting and waiting for them to arrive I contacted the company and was told the items had been damaged in transit. I wonder if the company was ever going to inform me about this or whether they were just going to keep my money?
Anyway, when I contacted them they offered to send out a replacement. So, after waiting another long period of time for the replacement to arrive, I contacted then again. This time I find out that the replacement order has been lost in transit! Again, I wonder if they had any intention of letting me know. I find their excuses very hard to believe and I won't be ordering again.
Missed delivery, no communication, no solution
I ordered a piece of furniture on 15 January with delivery promised by 2 February. As of 11 February, it still hasn’t arrived.
I had to contact customer service four times to get updates. Each time I was told to wait. A claim with the carrier was only submitted after I chased them again, and I was told to wait 72 hours for a response. That deadline passed with no communication and no solution.
Instead, I was told another claim had been opened and that I must continue waiting and they would not refund my money until they resolve this with the carrier.
My contract is with Zara Home, not their carrier. Repeated delays, no proactive communication, and no accountability are unacceptable. I have now requested a full refund and will not order online from them again.
Terrible terrible chat customer service
Don't even wanna give one star, terrible product quality and customer service is a nightmare. The products (coffee table and soap) I got are faulty and I used online chat, talked to at least 6 agents, and finally got replacement soap in my third try and still no further help with the coffee table even after providing the picture, this is ridiculous
Worst Delivery Service EVER!
Worst Delivery Service EVER, no joke.
I have ordered a lot of furniture from them, the delivery company did not call, text or even notify that they will be delivering; they just turned up and dropped part of the order off in the hallway, blocking it. I was not there and did not expect the order as on the website i was given a delivery expected date to be a week later.
The second order arrived to a drop-off location I did not get an address for so I spent a few hours going around all the drop-off points and asking if they had my parcel. I still have not located it. Its actually crazy i have never experienced such a poor delivery service before.
