Customer service was amazing. I thought my order might have been placed too late to be received in time for someone's birthday, but Theresa was extremely helpful and made sure I got it in time.
Absolutely love the quality and the style of the bag that was ordered. It definitely won't be looking worn or dropping to bits any time soon.

Wonderful Customer Service and great communication - I made an error when ordering and chose the wrong size bag , it was way too large for my 5’ frame . I contacted Customer Services who arranged for me to return and replace, they even delayed delivery until I returned from holiday fantastic service and fabulous bag… very happy customer

My bag is lovely. Great colour too (purple). Was kept informed about each step so knew it was being made to order and delivery wouldn’t be instant. Worth the small wait though. Had lots of compliments about it 😊.

Fantastic service, had my satchels bag for over 15 years and use it daily, amazing quality. Needed a new strap, customer service was very helpful and my bag looks like new!

I'm not very happy with my bag the first time using it after five minutes I noticed this fault picture attached also the straps are comically long. It's not worth the price and also took a really long time to come.

Bought a purple saddle bag as a gift. The recipient absolutely loved it. The charms are lovely too, I wanted to keep the purple heart for myself. I have two saddle bags myself and I’ll be having another soon.

I recently bought and received a handbag from Zatchels. The process was a breeze. Customer care was excellent: attentive and quick. My saddle bag has been beautifully hand-made (by Angie, I learned from my certificate of life time guarantee) in a soft but durable leather. I was kept updated on progress from ordering to making to delivery. Very impressive. All this and the knowledge that the bag will last a lifetime and if I do have any issues along the way Zatchels will resolve them. My experience of Zatchels has been a pure joy from beginning to end.

This is a very nice satchel bag but it would be wonderful if you have an inside side pocket for ie for the phone and another for cards. The bag is beautiful

Delivery and customer service were good. The leather cases were very good value but a bit stiff as the leather is thick.

I asked if I could have the maxi cube in magenta…. The answer was yes, they’d love to make it! The customer service was second to none. The bag is sooo beautiful 🤩

Family ordered a Festival bag 'made to order' as a birthday present for me. Communication was prompt and reliable, and daughter said their customer service was responsive and friendly. The bag, in iced coffee, was the colour exactly as on screen. It is beautifully made, and really high quality smooth leather, edging and stitching. A v reasonable price for the quality provided. Particularly nice to know who made it and who quality checked it. Have been asked where I got it from every time I've used it. Will buy from them again

My wife Purchased a Zatchels classic 16" Satchel for me 10 years ago. I have used this 5 days a week for work. The Satchel is still going strong and actually looking better than ever. I feel this demonstrates the quality of the material used.

Recently I contacted them as after 10 years the strap gave out about purchasing a new one. Zatchels responded very quickly and offered a free of charge replacement as this is covered in the guarantee. They did not ask me for proof of purchase.

It is very rarely now days that expectations are exceeded buy Zatchels have done this. I will continue to use this satchel for many more years. THANK YOU
