Todd helped me out on my wifi box, I have no issues anymore, thanks.
They essentially are a private equity firm style business that swallows up companies, reviews what made those companies good and removes all those things. They take 2-4 days to respond to any form of support including relaceing a voip phone, fixing internet, fixing cable. thats because they clearly are a shell that buys and outsources everything. Pure trash, just hope you dont have to deal with them.
Zentro failed to connect my internet for an entire month, despite me contacting them multiple times. I received no service at all during that period.
Their customer service was extremely rude and dismissive, and they offered no compensation. After canceling, I requested a refund for the month I never had internet, but they still charged me in full without any explanation and refused to refund me.
I never missed a payment and was very patient throughout this process. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am now following up on this matter legally.

Extremely unreliable internet and non-existent customer service, but you’re trapped into their services if your apartment complex forces it on you. They probably know this and make little effort to attend to outages, we haven’t had internet in over 24 hours and there still have not been any updates (Marina del Rey).
Since we switched to zentro our Internet is frequently down. Their customer service is almost non-existent. I report the Internet as being down, and then several hours later it seems to appear on their status page. I subscribed to the incident and got an email several days later saying that it'd been fixed, even though that time it was fixed after about 6 hours.
Right now it's been down for about 15 hours, and the incident only appeared a couple hours ago, still waiting for it to be fixed.
I'm guessing all their customers are locked in though their apartment blocks because of we were able to switch then we def would.

Very sneaky company. Increased price 40% - just debits credit card and doesn't inform customers. Check your bills carefully if you're a long time customer.
