Love the taste of the water and knowing it is removing lots of rubbish out of the water is reassuring! No problem pausing the subscription for a while when I realised that I had ordered too many for... See more

Excellent water filter. I'm 100% happy with the water quality. However, I'd rather a stainless steel jug, rather than a plastic container. Also, the 2.4 litre jug doesn't produce 2.4 litres of f... See more

It is very rare a filtre, very expensive, doesn’t smell bad straight out of the box, but they usually last less than 2 weeks but once or twice 3/4. This is unacceptable. Looking for another solution,... See more

Delighted with my filter

My order was shipped and delivered to Ireland so fast. I knew it was a good product as we have one at work. Absolutely brilliant having it at home, finally stop having a sea of bottles to recycle every week, many thanks and highly, highly recommend

Sour filter and smaller volume than advertised

Sadly the product didn't live up to my expectations at all due to the following:
- Brand new filter included with the pitcher produced sour tasting water, even after multiple refills. Tester measured 000 from our 242 tap water.
- Pitcher is not in fact 10 cups when including the filter. One fill is about 800mls, meaning we need more than 2 fills to fill out sodastream bottles. Not as advertised, and was not disclosed anywhere.

Due to the sour filter and the pitcher volume I will be requesting a refund.
Only 2* because the delivery was quick and easy.

Good intention, improvable details

I really like the product and the overall idea but there are several points of improvement:

1- For places where the tap water comes with a pretty bad quality, the filter lasts only 1 week. That's too high filter consumption and discard.

2- Why are the filters made of plastic and packed in plastic?? Non eco friendly that's a pity

3- What do you do with used filters? At the end it's a lot of plastic to the trash, because I've tracked the return bag in your website and it's always out of stock since months ago

everything almost perfect

everything was perfect! (delivery, the product itself and so on)
there's only one little thing: before using zerowater i did not know that the water is so clean after filtering that it appears to taste bitter. so i did a little research and found out: letting the water "breath" and adding a bit good salt will help. you should give customers a little hint on that 😊 and if you did and i was too blind too read it i'm sorry!😅

Misleading jug sizes

The filters work really great, but the measurements of the jugs are misleading. The 2.4 liter jug doesn’t even hold 2 liters of water because the filter takes up so much space. It would be better to label them with their actual usable size.

Corporate / scam vibes. Costly recycling, certification, taste degradation.

I have been using ZeroWater for a couple of years now.
Good design. Easy to use.
I jumped onboard partly because of their filtering claims and partly because of their recycling initiative. Send 10 used filters back, receive a discount on the next order.
Sending 10 back costs 9 euros. Discount is only 5 euros. Unless you can bring the used filters to the designated recycling location yourself, you are going to lose money.
NL has environment parks everywhere. We should be able to deposit them there and receive the discount. If ZeroWater is really serious that is.
Having the taste degrade after X liters may be legit, or a sign of the times. Inferior product that needs frequent replacement. Having only one company create filters for the jugs locks consumers into their ecosystem.
Quality claims are based on US 3rd party (NSF + IAPPO) verification, which may be fine. Regulatory bodies in the US, like the EPA, are pressured by industry lobbyist and have been gutted recently. They do not have CE EN 17093 certification.
These 3 factors make me seriously doubt ZeroWater.

I will be shopping around for a more trustworthy company with multiple, more credible 3rd party certifications.

Zero customerCare …

I ordered a big pack of zero water refill filters 4 of them were damaged and emailed the company to tell them as I don’t want to use them if they have been tampered with or damaged. I did not hear back,
Poor poor Customer care sadly. They are not cheap and feel fleeced!

Good afternoon,

May I ask which email address you sent your message to? We have not received an email from you.

It is possible that your message was sent to another company, and that the filters were also purchased there. I understand that this can be confusing.

If you have any questions or if you would like us to assist you further, could you please email us directly at [service@zerowaterfilter.com](mailto:service@zerowaterfilter.com)?

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

The water jug is very fragile

The water jug is very fragile, difficult to fill in (you have to remove the lid entirely) and the plastic tip of the jug arrived already broken and it falls when we pour the water out... Very disappointed in comparison with the tank we have bought previously.

I have been using ZeroWater for many years and I am happy with the product: The filter works as described.
My water tastes good as in it has no taste :-)
