Its Eazy

The single biggest reason to love Zoho is the elimination of "app sprawl." Before Zoho, a typical workday involved juggling six different tabs, multiple logins, and a web of brittle Zapier connections trying to make HubSpot talk to QuickBooks, Slack, and Zendesk.

Worst Experience Ever

I have been a paying customer on Zoho Mail Premium, which clearly advertises a 40MB attachment limit. However, for a long time now, I have been experiencing ongoing issues sending PDF attachments over 10MB. Instead of sending properly as attachments, files are often converted into links, which frequently do not work properly on iPads or mobile devices.

This issue has seriously affected my business operations. I have had to resend files multiple times, explain the problem repeatedly to clients, and waste valuable work hours dealing with something that should function correctly under a paid business plan.

What is even more disappointing is the customer support experience. I have contacted Zoho support many times by phone and email and keep being told that the issue has been “escalated” and that someone will contact me. No one ever does, and no real solution has been provided.

For a business email service, reliability and support are critical. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful due to the lack of follow-up and resolution.

If you're an agency trying to setup paid webmails for your clients this isn't the place to be

Signedup for Zoho SMB webmails.. I run a web design agency and I setting up webmails is part of my business offering. I've been using hosting webmails for a while and Zoho's pricing seemed attractive (they have a mobile app too).

For a polished platform as Zoho I thought they had sorted out the signup process, but boy I was wrong. I signed up, paid for a yearly webmail for a client (very affordable pricing for the features) and on to adding my next client's webmail and apparently you have to become a partner. 10 days in and I still i'm nowhere to setting up webmails for my clients. Apparently for some reason even though I signed up from Canada & Canadian address I was placed in the US datacentre. But yeah the sign up process for an agency is a DEAD-END.

We’ve been using Zoho Social to manage our social media scheduling, analytics, and multi-platform posting, and honestly it has streamlined our workflow significantly.

The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and the scheduling tools save us a huge amount of time across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. The analytics dashboard is especially useful for tracking engagement and identifying which content performs best.

One thing we really appreciate is how business-focused the platform feels compared to many other social media tools. It integrates well into a professional workflow without feeling overly complicated.

Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
