This was the best app and really helped me stay consistent with my social media!
Zoho Social has been super easy to use
For me, Zoho Social has been super easy to use, both when I’m posting manually and when I’m doing bulk uploads. Once I’ve got content loaded, it makes daily posting across all my social media pretty straightforward. Only thing I’d change is the interface, it could be a bit better overall.

one of the best and easiest interface to work with. love it
Untrained support members with no willingness to help.
Have wasted hours previously and now again having issue with Zoho Desk from them. The attachment code for image does not work and they are rigid to test it on w3 school and not in WordPress where the same code worked previously.

Forced me to have the free trial…
Forced me to have the free trial without even clicking a button. I just wanted to mail imbox and I just CLICKED on the Projects section to see what they have to offer.
And you cant cancel it by yourself, a support lady has to do it for you.
Is this legal? NO! But what can you do, the mail works good.
But thats how they get you, email for 3$ and then you get random invoices for something you never agreed or clicked to pay.
A convenient and effective tool for social media management
I have had a good experience using Zoho Social. The platform makes managing social media accounts much easier, particularly when it comes to scheduling posts, planning content, and preparing reports.
The interface is fairly intuitive. It's such a useful tool for anyone looking to organize their social media activities more effectively.
Overall, Zoho Socials is a valuable platform, and I'd recommend it to individuals and businesses looking for a more structure approach to social media management.
It Was great love that tool

really, really, REALLY poor customer service - issues can take months to resolve, and they'll keep charging you for services even if you aren't able to use them.
Highly Recommended
Highly Recommended. The service is as excellent as I imagined.
Great for small businesses
This makes outreach simpler because of the scheduling etc. Actually really like the functionality of it
Extremely poor customer support and…
Extremely poor customer support and lack of accountability. Do not expect timely or professional assistance, even when a critical business operation is completely blocked.
I have been dealing with an unresolved issue for almost a month, and it has severely impacted my business operations. I am unable to create or update invoices, and all my recurring invoices are stuck in a suspended state. Despite repeated follow-ups through calls and emails, there is still no resolution.
What is most disappointing is the lack of urgency and ownership from the support team. Even when a business is completely blocked, there seems to be very little concern about the impact on the customer.
If you run a business where accounting and invoicing are critical operations, think twice before relying on Zoho Books. A good platform means very little without dependable customer support when things go wrong.
Thanks for your support
Zoho Mail Failed to Resolve a Domain Migration Issue for Over Two Weeks – Support Keeps Repeating the Same Unhelpful Solution
I am extremely disappointed with Zoho Mail's support and the way this issue has been handled.
I have been trying for more than two weeks to create a mailbox for
contato", under my Zoho organization **upnutz**, but every attempt fails with the following error:
“Oops. Something went wrong during mailbox creation. Please try again.”
The domain was previously associated with another Zoho organization. It was supposed to be released so that I could use it under my current organization. However, the mailbox creation problem persists.
From the beginning, I have explained that this appears to be a backend issue related to the previous organization's association with the domain. My concern is that the domain may not have been completely released or that some residual association or configuration remains in Zoho's systems.
Instead of conducting a proper technical investigation, support keeps insisting on scheduling a remote-access session to my computer. This makes no sense as a proposed solution to the problem I have reported.
**What exactly is remotely accessing my computer supposed to accomplish if the issue is potentially in Zoho's own database or backend systems?** The error occurs during mailbox creation on Zoho's platform. It is not a problem with my computer, browser, or ability to follow setup instructions.
I have already spent considerable time following support instructions, explaining the same situation repeatedly, and even participating in an arranged remote session that did not resolve the issue.
I also received a response from a support representative claiming that several attempts had been made to call me. However, another call or another remote session will not solve anything unless someone actually investigates the domain's status and its previous association within Zoho's systems.
My support cases include:
- **#169567866** – URGENT – One Week of Issues and Still No Resolution – suafavorita.com
- **#169846847** – Help needed: Contact Us conversation
What I am asking for is straightforward:
1. A senior technical specialist or engineering team must investigate the domain's release from the previous Zoho organization.
2. Zoho must verify whether any residual organization association, domain ownership record, or backend configuration is preventing mailbox creation.
3. The actual cause of the error must be identified and corrected.
4. I need a clear technical explanation and confirmation once the issue is resolved.
I am not refusing to cooperate. I am refusing to keep repeating actions that do not address the actual problem.
**A customer should not have to spend weeks explaining the same technical issue while support repeatedly offers a remote-access session instead of investigating its own platform.**
Zoho Mail may be a good product in theory, but the support experience in this case has been unacceptable. I need a real technical resolution, not another call, another generic response, or another request to access my computer.
Amazing!
Amazing!! It has made my role across multiple platforms and multiple business assets so manageable.
The product is ok, needs some UX upgrades and better workflows.
The product is ok. They have a lot of features and the user interface is decent. The downsides are they have a lot of clunky features they haven't figured out. The Contacts system is very challenging to use at times. Importing contacts is next to impossible. The issues with Contacts makes email difficult to use, so one week area effects the others.
Buyers beware. Terrible customer service and they offer no refunds after cancellation
I've been a Zoho customer for over 2 years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. After this experience, I'm done and leaving for good.
I paid $748 for a month of Zoho Campaigns. On October 19, I downgraded my plan, and they immediately removed the premium features I'd already paid for through October 29.
I asked for a prorated refund or credit for those 10 days. Seems reasonable, right?
Instead, I spent over TWO week going back and forth with different support reps, chasing responses, and getting nowhere. Raj G. on their customer service team is bad in particular.
On my initial request, they didn't reply for almost a week. Their billing team does everything they can to avoid giving refunds, so be very careful when you give money to this company.
What they do that is quite scammy is they hide behind their terms of services. So if you cancel in the middle of your subscription, you lose ALL access immediately and they will not give you any refunds.
They will not make concessions, offer refunds... even for services I've already paid for!! And zoho definitely don't care about their customers.
Most of their customer service team is ran out of India and it's basically impossible to get good support.
I'd avoid this company.
If this is how Zoho treats longtime customers, good luck getting help when you actually need it.
Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them.
