Last minute booking

My partner and i had a week of leave, we looked and found zoover, booking whas fast made price was sharp in culding breakfast, rental car, appartement and flight. No extra surprises on costs ore extra booing for luggage of that kind. Over all great. Ony thing was the fligt information profided whas not correct i needed to call servicedesk to get the correct booking number so we could check in. But his was resolved within 5 minutes!

To be honest I wouldn’t know where to…

To be honest I wouldn’t know where to start off with, this was just a very amusing and a fantastic holiday my husband me had.
To start off with… from the security guy at the entrance of the hotel up until the beach men, EVERYONE of them are so kind and friendly and helpful. I’m not being a softy, it this is me being very genuine and honest from my heart.
A HUGE thanks to all…I’m very sorry i dont know all your names but especially to Mr Mohammed from the beach, Hanna from the Borsalino bar, Madonna from Guest relations and also her colleague but i cannot recall his name( and I’m very sorry my brother) but he would come up until the beach and the whole hotel, they both would to look out for your needs.
There was this issue we had, which was a bit annoying and i addressed this to Mr Hossam Mohamed…who so very patiently took the time from his busy schedule to listen to me and solve this issue, which i personally saw that it was taken care off….what a man and a manager,,,my hats off because he is leading a great team and a wonderful hotel.
We have no complains whatsoever, just one thing what my husband and me found a bit repetitive was the food…but i guess thats personal, although i must say the food was delicious and there was plenty. The hotel, the staff, the venue and the service of all of them deserves a very big 10 from us.
Thanks once again for making our holiday a one we will certainly cherish and if god will we will meet again.

We had a great holiday the…

We had a great holiday the pickalbatrose the Sandt in Marsa Alam. Beautiful rooms, super great swimming pools for every age and a huge beach with several food and drink corners. The hotel gives several restaurants, we loved the tagine❤️
I am a back patiënt for years and all was very good to do. Sadly my back gave me some problems, ( result of an car accident )and the hotel has his own super doctor and nurse ( you were great, again thank you) we especially wanna thank Mr. Ahmed Hafiez, this guy was gold and did more then we could expected to assure that we had a super time again at the hotel ( sorry forgot to say we were here in november also😄 )
It was really that we had to go back to Holland, but as promised we will be back. Mr Hafiez ones again thank you🙏

Better to pay more for a trip from a company that you can trust

Although Zoover's pre-voyage service could be called good, and I did book a decent trip with them to Egypt in the past, do not be wooed by their travel package deals and read resort reviews VERY carefully. For when something goes wrong on your voyage, Zoover will not hold itself responsible if and when you make it home.
The supposedly four-star, all-inclusive hotel that I booked with them, the Marrakech Ryads Parc & Spa, was a crumbling sprawl of a mess where your only restaurant is a dull, repetitive low-budget buffet (the two a-la-carte restaurants ARE NOT included), no indoor pool (or outdoor for that matter, as it was being fixed), a sad outdoor bar (the smoky inside one was a pricey cash bar), an ancient sports room with equipment from the Soviet era, and the whole place with the ambience of a low-rate old age home. The hotel was also very dangerous with broken tiles, no stairwell lights (my boyfriend fell down the stairs of our Riad in the pitch dark stairwell, funny but not funny, especially as we requested the lights be fixed at least twice and even on our last day, the stairwell was still darker than Darth Vader’s butt), slippery covered surfaces, etc. To top it all off, our booked transfer back to the airport never showed up, with no explanation, and we had to book a taxi, just minutes before the city streets were closed for the annual marathon, barely making our flight home.
I am steaming mad, flabbergasted that a hotel like this could be rated four-star and that Zoover is feeding and supporting mediocrity and fraudulent business practices by listing this offering. When I did contact their customer service during and after my “vacation”, outside of reimbursing my taxi to the airport, Zoover concluded that there could be nothing done on their part. I had requested that they change the description of the hotel (it is not an all-inclusive), reprimand their horrible transfer company or show any duty of care. The hotel was so bad, and so far from Marrakech that we spent our days away from it, even renting a car and spending a night in Essaouira just to make the resort remotely tolerable, which in the end, made it a far more costly trip than booking a more expensive all-inclusive. To conclude, do not be wooed by the prices on Zoover, as it could well also be your fate that you literally stumble across a terrible resort and are left with nothing but sore kneecaps and the uneasy feeling that you’ve been had.

Very good very nice

Very big hotel. If you drink to much you get lost quick. A lot of food choices and nice staf members that help you. If you want to relax outside at the hotel you dont have to smoke ciggarets after te other one. You can just order shisha.
I made this review after 5 pinocoladas.

Hotel iberotel palece Sharm El Shake

Fantastic hotel,good and fresh food.
The People are so friendly and will help you any time.
The beach is beautiful and they toilets are very hygienic.
It feels i was 14 days in heaven.

A fantastic 2 weeks spent in our second home did not disappoint. Clean, quality food, no sunbed wars, plenty to do and most impressive is the attitude and helpfulness of all the staff. They really do all go above and beyond to make your holiday special. Way too many to name them all here but thanks to you all. A massive thanks to all that made the holiday special for my wife and daughter. Animation team were fantastic including Orla and making her feel welcome. Massages and service at the spa were excellent. We favoured the Manohar and Elia restaurants and the staff were absolutely amazing in both. Thanks to Mohammed, Samar and teams. Pool guys, bar staff, cleaners, ground staff all work tirelessly and do a fabulous job. Big thanks to all for your help and especially Ahmed, Chef Hamada, Chef Mohammed and Super Mario.

Would recommend this gem to anybody and we are already booked to return in December 2025

Great experience for a weekend away with family and friends

Steigenberger is still my favourite…

Steigenberger is still my favourite hotel in Egypt. Both in Hurgada and In Sharm El Sheik! Enjoyed our stay and much appreciate help of Osama,Wael and kareem from reception. The service, the food, the areas inside and around the pools, as much as it is at the beach are absolutely phenomenal! Thank you guys and see you again!

5 stars is for the SPA @ Bodrum holiday…

5 stars is for the SPA @ Bodrum holiday hotel and spa. 3* for the hotel and staff itself, 2* for our jet2.com rep! He doesn't like being confronted by a female. Arrived late night to our hotel, 6 of us. Taken to our room, 5 beds, no seating area, coffee table, nothing we booked. Reception gave us a fold up guest bed for the night then moved us the next day, eventually giving us a room in the hotel not in the blocks outside. When we booked we stated disabled person in our party, also in the room upon arrival was supposed to be a big bowl of fruit and drinks for the birthday girl, that never happened and the receptionist, she didn't understand English. If your German or russian,polish..... then you were fine but their English is bad. We all found 80% of the staff rude, no one smiled they looked miserable everyday. The reception stunk of vomit, everyday, the soft drinks machine in the lobby was always out of use and when working the soft drinks machine's in the bars and restaurants left the drinks with an awful taste. The pools are good, the beach is good and the water sports inflatables are good fun. Black island was rubbish, photographer is so rude there. Food is good in the buffet restaurant but guests again rude and push in walk in front of you as if your invisible. The only thing worthy of 5* is definitely the spa. My masseur I had everyday for the week was BERKAN. He has magic hands. All the staff are lovely in the spa, KUM SPA, so hats off to you all you's all really did make our holiday better. We will never book this hotel ever again which is a shame as we all loved the spa, also the hair salon is great.

Great Location but Falls Short on Few Points

Our booking and payment process was smooth and clear, which was a good start. However, we received information about our flight check-in after we had already landed, which was unfortunate given the long queues at Schiphol.

The hotel itself was okay but a bit outdated. One major downside was the lack of a balcony, which would have been perfect for enjoying the sea view and drying towels or swimwear. The bathroom provided a space for drying, but it remained damp overnight due to the humidity. The swimming pool was quite small, but the hotel's location near the beach was excellent—just a quick street crossing and you’re there.

The service was mostly friendly, with some staff going above and beyond to assist, while others seemed less enthusiastic, often responding with eye rolls to basic requests like getting a coffee. This wasn’t a one-off occurrence, as it happened multiple times with the same staff members.

Housekeeping could have been more proactive. Sandy sinks and floors were left untouched, although the bed was made up.

If you're a coffee lover, note that good coffee isn’t available before 9:00 am. There’s a machine available early in the morning, but for a proper cup, you'll need to wait for the bar to open.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor, so using your hotspot is a better option.

Overall, while the location is a major plus, the hotel didn’t quite meet the expectations of a four-star rating.
