I was very disappointed with my experience. An item was missing from my order, and when I raised the issue with the staff, the response was unprofessional and not at all helpful.
Mistakes can happen, but I expected the issue to be handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the way my concern was addressed made the experience even more frustrating.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the attention to orders and the standard of customer service.

I have had a positive experience here. They have large selection and competitively priced products and programs. I have purchased authentic products here. Just note that when placing an order for travel size from a web page that has more than one strength formulation ask customer service what stregnth it is. Free shipping they have loyalty as well. Ordered two perfumes one was an old favourite, when arrived it had clearly gone off it was awful!, quick response but not prepared to help with shipping from the UK and would cost more than the perfume and they know that! Maybe cheap but its not if something like that happens, really put me off ever ordering again!

I ordered recently a gift for a friend in the states that arrived eventually after them assuming regarding a question on when it would arrive as I’m in Australia and took it upon themselves to cancel the order in total the gift to my friend without confirming or consent from me. So I placed another order in reality reflection after the full disaster of experience with FragranceX. So my friends gift arrived after me placing it again and paid from it to be air delivered it arrived. As far as the order for myself well that’s another debacle on its own I waited for a month and it didn’t arrive I even showed photos of my house they sent a email saying it’s another house on the street in total mind you we have lived here for over 40 years and the type of neighbours we have if mail has been delivered to their address and not ours they give the mail normal for Australia to actually talk to neighbours. I reviewed all my camera footage for the day before and the day and the day after that DAI Couriers and FragranceX claim that it arrived. I have discussed numerous times to sort it out and pretty much end up with oh well this is the address and no refund etc. Besides the rudeness of the correction and the dismissive attitude of aftershave which is commonly used worldwide to cologne rudely and basically mocking me on another level when they took it upon themselves to cancel my friends order.
And in my street we don’t even have a number 3 for starters suppose another dismissive assumption from America.

WATCH OUT FOR THE UNDERHANDED CURRENCY EXCHANGE CHARGE
My item hasn't arrived yet so no comment there. I visited the site and paid the requested amount in Sterling. yes in sterling but when reviewing my statement there is a charge and additional charge for exchange rates. IF it were stated well it must been pretty small. However they advertised in STERLING and that should be that. I will not return on principle.
