DO NOT book with these guys, this i my third review in a week and they still have not resolved our issues. A speacial FB page has been set up by unhappy customers.

Booking was easy. The information that we received was clear and sent in good time.
The accomodation was perfect for us. Plenty of room in the apartments, pool on hand for the children, great food. Flights and transfers also easy, on time. Everyone was friendly!

My request was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The apartment was very good value for money with everything we needed. The bus stop into the Old Town was a short walk away with a frequent service, and there is a small convenience store not far from the apartment. It is 2 bus stops into the town, so quite walkable for a lot of people. There is a shuttle bus to the airport next to the cable car for 10 euros per person. It is popular so allow plenty of time. Always check taxi price before getting in, as some times they charge more than they should! There is luggage storage available opposite where the shuttle bus stops.

Smooth planning from flights to transfers and a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech.
Riad Ines Home where we stayed was just perfect. Staff were exceptional. Not that easy to find (we got lost) but that is part of the adventure staying in the Mdina. An oasis of calm in the heart of the Mdina asway from the bustle of the traders. More to see, more to do, would definitely go back.

Booking our flights to Phuket through LastMinute.com was an excellent experience from start to finish. They offered a very competitive price, with luggage included, which made the value even better.

I was initially directed via a flight comparison site, and the entire checkout process was seamless, quick, and straightforward with no unnecessary friction.

When the airline made changes to the itinerary, I was kept informed promptly and directly, which gave real peace of mind. Overall, a smooth, reliable, and competitively priced booking experience. I would happily use LastMinute.com again for future trips.

I strongly recommend to not use this company for any matters, just run away from it. This company (if I can call it so) is an example of online scam. The reason for my suggestion is: (1) customer support is near zero; (2) confidence that you will get your tickets and booking at the end without problems is near zero; (3) no fair price, in some cases you do not know what you are paying for.
Here is my story short. I decided to book a package trip via booking.com. Then, I was redirected to the lastminute.com from where I booked my trip. The same day I have realised I booked a wrong hotel, hence decided to change it. This seems like a trivial case brought me a lot of trouble. I checked the lastminute's booking system and selected the hotel (with the price I was satisfied). Couple of days later they send me an offer of rebooking. Here starts the major problems. They set the price for new trip that was around 30% more than I expected from the prices I have got from their online booking system. Where does this dramatic increase in price come from I have no idea. The lastminute rejected to explain the price difference as well as have rejected to set the price according to their online booking system. As the result, I have decide to cancel the entire trip. Then, the lastminute requested from me the payment for the cancelation with is around 40% of entire trip. Takin into account that the hotel cancelation is free of charge all of this is ridiculous.
In addition, my cancellation was motivated not only by the mentioned above situation. It is also because the communication problems. All the communication with the lastminute.com made me realise there is no guarantee I'll get my trip at the end even if I'll pay everything. Any trip related problem (plain cancelation, hotel booking, etc.) leave me alone, there is practically absolutely no customer support. To get in contact with someone is a huge challenge, besides, this someone to whom I may get into contact is just useless.

Gorgeous holiday, lastminute was really helpful and communicative especially with changes to flights, and delays.

Easy to navigate the booking system and all worked well on the trip.The location and quay of the hotel was great.

Booking our long weekend in Budapest was straight forward, the hotel was perfectly located for our trip (as it has been in all other locations taken with Lastminute.com) transport for all means of public transport was a few steps away (do get the public transport period ticket - so convenient and saves money). No issues / wonderful time.

Easy to use website, a cute information given about flight and accommodation. Hotel was great location, easy to get to beach, than 5 min still away same to get into the town centre. Plenty of shops and bars close by. Lovely clean inviting resort. Good train links from/to airport and to other resorts. Hotel has good facilities, little worn in places especially room, didn't have a balcony which we missed. Could have upgraded but wanted an extra 200 Euro for 5 nights which we couldn't justify spending. Overall enjoyable stay, good resort, relaxed but still with lots going on for all ages.
