they are simply not delivering orders
My order numbers are F27IDX and F27D8G.
I have been waiting for information about the delivery for more than 15 days, even though the website states “delivery in 3–5 working days.”
On the website, my orders are marked simultaneously as "delivered", and "shipped but not on it's way". On the DPD website, it is stated that they have not received the packages from Mango. I even called them to confirm this. Meanwhile, Mango informed me that DPD attempted delivery but I was not at home, and that is why my packages are at a pickup point.
However, I have received no information about which pickup point, no code, and no instructions.
Customer service keeps sending generic replies such as “we are checking with the delivery service,” does not offer any solution, and is now not even responding to my request for a refund.
Part of the payment was made using a gift certificate, so even if they issue a refund to the certificate, I will not be able to use it. This is already the second time they have failed to deliver my order while making it appear as if it is DPD’s fault.
Around €200 are effectively lost this way, along with many hours spent on emails and phone calls.
I do not recommend buying anything from them. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Never again
I purchased a jacket in store on February 28 to be shipped to me, because they didn’t have my size in stock. I paid with a credit card at the store. When I shipped the jacket back because I didn’t like it after all, I was told via email that my refund would have to be deposited directly to my bank account rather than the card I used to make the purchase. After a few days of back and forth because I was uncomfortable emailing my account details, I finally relented. I was notified on April 6 that my account details had been received and today, April 24, I am still waiting for my refund. Truly I will never again shop at Mango.
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE! SCAM
If I could give -1 I would! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. SCAMMERS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
MANGO ONLINE SHOPPING - NOT RECOMMENDED
I placed an order on 6 April and it didn’t arrive until 20 April. Throughout that time Mango kept sending inaccurate email updates; including an email on 18 April stating the items were “expected to be delivered on 10 April,” which made no sense and added to the stress.
I originally ordered four items, and much later Mango informed me that one of them was actually out of stock. I was refunded for it, but the delay in telling me shows a real lack of care for customer experience. If an item isn’t available, it should be flagged at the point of purchase ; especially when people may be buying something for an occasion.
Trying to track the order was another issue. The order didn’t appear in my account at all, and every tracking link Mango sent redirected me to a page saying I had no purchases in my history. So I had no visibility of where my order was for almost two weeks.
Customer service was equally disappointing. The WhatsApp support was robotic and unhelpful, and even when I selected the option to speak to an agent, it didn’t connect me to anyone. When I finally reached a human by calling, I explained that one of the items was very poor quality and that, given the extremely problematic delivery experience, I was requesting a partial refund as a courtesy. I was even willing to send photos.
Instead, I was told I had to return the item and go through the full process; no flexibility, no empathy, no acknowledgement of the issues I’d experienced. For a company of Mango’s size, offering a small courtesy refund in a situation like this should not be difficult. It was disappointing to feel dismissed.
I actually like Mango’s clothes, but after this experience I’m reluctant to order online again. In-store shopping feels far more reliable than dealing with this level of service and lack of support.
Item lost in transit no help from Customer Service
I ordered a £140 suit and there was a very slow delivery. Then the tracking showed delivered but I did not recieve it or any notification of delivery. I contacted customer services and they told me it had been damaged in transit and sent back to the warehouse. They asked me if I want a replacement and I said yes, only to then recieve a refund. I called again to ask for the replaement, and they said I have to re-order as they've given me a refund already and cannot help. Such a waste of time, no help in rectifying the order or any goodwill dicount or pro-activeness. No instant refund either.
Terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Mango. I placed an order and waited several days while it sat in “preparation” status, only for it to be suddenly cancelled with the excuse that the item was “not available.” How is it not available when it was clearly showing as in stock on the website?
When I contacted customer service, their response made it even worse — they casually said the item was “physically unavailable,” as if that explains anything. So your system shows items available when they’re not? Completely misleading and unprofessional.
It doesn’t stop there. I also processed a return, and it stayed stuck as “being processed” for an entire month. Because of their delay, my return period actually expired, and I had to escalate the issue to the main office just to get it resolved. That’s unacceptable.
Overall, extremely poor service, lack of accountability, and a frustrating customer experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this shop at all.

Mango service has deteriorated over the years, I have ordered an item that has not been delivered yet , they are now offering a discount and won't extend it to me although I have not received the item yet , they won't accept store returns though it's listed as an option in their app, not to mention the very low quality . I do not recommend at all.
Terrible overall service
Bought a jacket in store when I was in London for the day but it didn’t fit well. I live in a rural area and the nearest store is over 50 miles away. Unfortunately I missed the 30 day returns period by 2 days, the store wouldn’t take it back and customers services refused to let me post it back. Said I was happy to take a credit note rather than a refund but still refused. Very difficult to contact a real person in customer services and very inflexible in attitude. Shan’t be spending any more money with Mango. Terrible customer service.
my review
this is wrosrt store ; quality of product is very poor
i want my money back
I had the most amazing experience with Winny from Brentscross store
I had the most amazing experience with a staff member called Winny at the Mango Brent Cross branch.
It’s my mum’s birthday next week, and she had her heart set on a suit from Mango. I managed to buy the blazer, but the matching trousers were completely out of stock online and unavailable in stores. After searching everywhere, I found there was just one pair left in her size all the way in the Brent Cross branch, while I live in Manchester.
I called the store and spoke to Winny. She explained that store transfers aren’t something they usually do, but instead of just leaving it there, she went out of her way to check the stockroom and confirmed they had the trousers.
What she did next honestly shocked me she offered to go to the post office before work and send them out to me so they’d arrive in time for my mum’s birthday.
This level of kindness and effort is so rare. She didn’t have to do any of that, but she did. She kept me updated, sent me the receipt, and made sure everything was sorted.
Winny is an absolute asset to Mango. Because of her, I have so much respect for the brand, and I’ll definitely be shopping here more in the future.
More than 5 stars thank you so, so much. You’ve genuinely made my mum’s birthday.
Very poor Quality and Customer Service
I ordered a purse which has a strong chemical odor and it will not go away. Also the strap that circles the purse is unevenly stitched. It's just poor quality all around. I reached out to customer service, but they will not answer me
Great clothes good price
Very poor customer service at the…
Very poor customer service at the foyleside mango till...the lady that served us did not engage with us in any way...whispering with her colleague... was not friendly or polite ..would expect more of this store...12.19 was the time I was served.
No customer service to complain
I received a faulty item, the stitching of a bath mat came undone after a couple of washings, and I have tried to email, what'sup, call, but I haven't been able to reach them. I finally called a shop for help but the email address she gave me won't work either. Life is too short to have to go through this because Mango is so cheap to have a proper customer service department. I will never buy their low quality products again.
Fraud
Fraud. I haven't been able to return the product I bought for a month, they don't change the status on their profile, and they don't respond to emails. I don't recommend it.
Still waiting information about my home…
Still waiting information about my home collection for two orders.... It's almost one month while I'm trying to reach someome who will arrange my home collection for my two orders. Writing everyday to mango customer service..everyone are saying they will manage my return, but know is still giving me a feedback about this situation.
lost my parcel, no refund and don't know how ibans work
I purchased an item in store, but since it wasn’t available, I was told it would be delivered there for me to pick up. Not only did it take two weeks to “arrive” (when I was told 3 to 5 days), but when I finally went to the store, the staff couldn’t even find my order.
I asked for a refund on the spot, since I purchased in the store, but they told me they couldn’t process it and that I needed to contact customer support. Little did I know this was just the beginning of the problem.
I emailed customer support explaining the situation and requesting a refund. They proceeded to send me THREE emails insisting my order was at the store (it wasn’t). Eventually, they acknowledged that the item had been lost and asked for my banking details.
I provided my information, and that’s when the most frustrating loop of my life started.
For context, I bought the item in Paris, but I live in Lisbon. I paid with a Portuguese card and do not have a French bank account. When I sent my details, they replied saying they needed my French banking information. I explained that I do not have a French account and that the purchase was made with my Portuguese card.
They replied AGAIN asking for my FRENCH banking information.
I explained AGAIN.
Then they asked AGAIN for my FRENCH BANKING INFORMATION.
At that point, I’ll admit I lost my patience, because it genuinely felt like I was speaking to a bot. I sent a very angry email explaining for the third time that I DO NOT HAVE A FRENCH BANK ACCOUNT. All I wanted was to reach an actual person who could understand a simple situation. By then, it had already been two weeks since I first contacted support. Over a month since I bought the item.
Then, they respond to me, and you are not ready for this: they claimed my IBAN was incorrect because it has 25 characters instead of 27.
So once again, I had to explain: PORTUGUESE IBANS HAVE 25 CHARACTERS. FRENCH IBANS HAVE 27. AND I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU FOUR TIMES THAT MY IBAN IS PORTUGUESE.
They then finally answer saying guess what: WE CAN’T REFUND PORTUGUESE IBANS SO GO BACK TO THE STORE. Well, dear Mango, I went to the store and they told to contact customer service, so what do you want me to do???
Then I answer explaining going to the store is not an option, since they are the ones that told me they can’t refund me in the first place. Also added that what they are doing is IBAN discrimination and it’s illegal under SEPA.
You will not believe their next move: THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL, AND I CAN'T ANSWER ON THE THREAD ANYMORE.
So, hey Mango, I opened a dispute with my bank and contacted ECC. This is the easiest case on earth for some lawyers wanting to make a few euros. Thank you for nothing.
You lost a client for life.
Beware if buying Mango online
Beware if buying Mango online - the return process is a complete nightmare. Absolutely horrid customer service! For weeks they simply refuse to resolve problem with return (I choose option Home collection and Mango is simply not sending carrier to pick it up and at the same time mind f uck me by writing one same email: 'we requested for carrier to collect it'). They have like tons of chat bot instead of real customer service person and will bo mb carpet you with useless emails. N e v e r a g a i n not a single item at Mango.
NO STOCKS OF PERFUME
To be honest the customer service is terrible they have no idea of when they will get in there Perfume. I have tried going to other sites to see if I can get the Satin Blossom perfume and to no avail. There website is terrible to navigate, boring and don't respond to your messages.Sham as s wanting to get a few things. Just not worth the hassle.
