No stupid admin fee on the app, better prices compared to other platforms. Make sure to use the app though, prices lower by 2-5%.

We booked tickets for a concert in Japan for &team. We used the App as we assumed this would be the safest and easiest way to obtain the tickets. We were logged into the App. Once we had selected the tickets (which we did very carefully as we are only in Fukuoka for a few nights) we went to the checkout, everything looked perfect. Once we hit the payment the tickets appeared - but they were for Kanagawa! As we are not going to Kanagawa this was very strange and stressful. However, Kanagawa was the first ticket listing in the App. We think the lag made a latency jump to the first listing. We immediately contacted Trip.com, although they agree we only ever had Fukuoka tickets in our cart, they refuse to refund the tickets. We know we did nothing wrong and this was an error of the App. It is so very disappointing that Trip.com refuse to admit the fault, despite agreeing our cart only ever had the correct tickets. We are now out of pocket a significant amount of money. Be warned!
