I contacted support due to an issue with the app, and the agent ended up duplicating my order.
I was supposed to pay about $12 using an Amazon credit, but I was charged over $150.
Only part of the money was refunded, and no one resolved the issue after multiple contacts.
Very bad experience.

I ordered boots and they were too…

I ordered boots and they were too small. I called to exchange them and they told me it would be 30 days before I could get a store credit and that I could just order another pair. I don’t want to spend another $200 on boots while waiting to see if they even refund me properly and I need the boots within 2 weeks. I went on reeboks website and they were actually cheaper when I ordered the new size. Zappos used to be good, but it’s more expensive and has worse customer service.

I ordered from Belco.com and then I got…

I ordered from Belco.com and then I got a text confirmation that the charge would come from Zapostore on my bank account. Within minutes of that text I had 5 fraud alerts come through on my phone. I had to work with my bank to verify that the 5 charges from different stores were all fraudulent charges. I used this site without checking it out first. My son sent me a link for something specialized that we had been looking for. I went ahead and ordered against my better judgment, which is something I will never do again. I filed a bank dispute because I had not realized it was coming from the Zapostore site when this first happened. So the bank took off all the other charges that I did not make, but when I looked on the site for zapostore, it was nothing but a scam. All their reviews, people were claiming that they didn't receive their merchandise and that there were multiple fraudulent charges of $9.95 right after placing an order. That is what happened to me also, so it didn't take much to figure that one out.

So my bank suggested that I try to contact the company first and cancel the order and get a refund. I did just that. This company is so fraudulent that when I did find a number to contact them.I was told after they answered the phone with a simple hello, no company named. They wouldn't answer who they were with. When I asked them questions, the woman began to speak over me using vulgar language. Saying to me.... "suck my the di** and also to go f myself." That is not a legitimate company. Please check out the site first, as I should have. These people are running a big scam.

This is the most horrible and…

This is the most horrible and disgusting website I've ever ordered from and the one I've dealt with through customer support! I placed an order for sneakers, they sent me two right sneakers, different sizes and colors, and the support team refuses to help, doesn't respond to my emails, and completely ignores me! They made such a serious mistake in the warehouse and aren't even willing to apologize to the customer or correct the error. The worst customer service ever!!!!

Horrendous

Horrendous. no exchange option for a different size refunds take 30 days! they use usps so slow as molasses and now my son won't have his work shoes on time because If I would of known the returns take 30 days I never would of ordered in the first place. my return has been sitting an entire week and STILL hasn't been scanned into the system. This has been an absolute nightmare! 0/10 I don't recommend!!

I had a horrible experience with this…

I had a horrible experience with this company. I made a purchase last week and was told my payment method did not work. I used a gift card which per the internet they accept. I called and spoke to 4 different reps and they all told me different things one being a manager. I will never use this company again!!!!

Because I had to give them a star to write how awful this experience was! Ordered paying $100 more than the HOBO company was charging for a brand new bag (just wrong color for me) on their website. Got an email one week before the bag was delivered saying it was delivered but wasn’t. Got the bag and opened it. No tags. The inside had been scrubbed with water and looked like it was falling apart. The straps for the back pack option which is why I ordered the style (having a bad back I really needed it) but the threading was coming undone on both side so the straps were falling off of the bag unable to be used for the purpose which I purchased it for. Scrathes on the bottom as well is other seams coming apart. THIS BAG WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW BUT WAS CLEARLY USED FOR A YEAR BEFORE BEING SOLD! And instead of customer service verifying order date and obtaining pics and issuing a refund right away so I could get the much needed bag (not a whimsical it’s a cute bag kind of a sale) they sent a code and told me to take it to UPS having no idea how the rest of this nightmare is going to play out but looking at the other reviews I’m sure not so well! They should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

In response to Zappos you most definitely do have an account with my email bc I called several days ago and returned the item via ups today. My refund better show up by Monday or you will be reported to BBB and so on! Crooks! Selling used worn out junk for more than the brand new price smh sickening! F’n crooks! Deport them all!

Zappos - Gone Downhill!!

I have ordered from Zappos many times over the years and have had great service. Apparently, this service has gone down. I did a chat with them because I had found a pair of Johnson & Murphy Hayes Penny Loafer shoes at Belk.com for $100. Zappos price is $129.95. I was told in the chat that Zappos doesn't match all websites??? It certainly doesn't say that but I guess if the price is too low, they just don't match! I've also about had it with Amazon as they have started to take the same attitude!!

I made a purchase.They sent me a "Thank you for your purchase ", with the order number and it will be delivered on March 5 .When I followed up, they told me my order was cancelled.
They said they sent me an email.
How is it they thank you for the purchase with the order number and the delivery date and tell you later it was cancelled?
Now with all my busy time I have to check whether the payment went through.
Never again!

Shoes were the wrong size both pairs but the problem is it takes them a month to return the money and they won't do exchanges. Never using the site again. No there was never any word stating that you only get a credit and not a refund it says specifically refund and now they're not giving me a refund. On top of that they don't even have the size that I need. It only makes sense this company's own by Amazon which I also never use anymore. Absolute scumbags

The shoes that were sent were used. I cleaned up the shoes tried to make them work and they were still too small. The returns take forever to process. Do not do business with Zappos.

Another regretful customer

Another regretful customer. Ordered a pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong ones. I returned the shoes. They received the return over a month ago. I am still waiting for a refund.

Lost order from Zappos

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos and the package never arrived. I picked Zappos because the site claimed 1-3 day shipping.
