Package arrived in perfect condition
Package arrived in perfect condition. It was shipped in a very expedient manner. I added a separate digital hygrometer to verify everything as far as the settings and they are off just a little from the actual readings. Temps are within about 2 degrees and the humidity readings are about 5 percent off. The cabinet is actually showing the higher of the readings which after seeing what the portable digital hygrometer shows, I'm ok with it.

My order hasn't even been shipped a week after my call about my original order being short an item. AFTER being assured it would be replaced and after a reorder showed up on my account. It is hard to give even two stars but I am still hoping to get the item within the next week or two even though it will be too late for the intended purpose.

I backordered my tripod and was advised…
I backordered my tripod and was advised it would be delivered in 8 weeks. They did a great job of keeping me informed and it actually arrived earlier than expected. Of course, they kept me informed about the early delivery too. The tripod itself is light and sets up fast. I've had a heavy, long-range rifle on it and it's steadier than I am.

Good experience
Good prices. All items arrived quickly in perfect condition, brand new and shipped and packaged well. Only gripe is the included Gator gig bag was way too big for my sound mixer, so I had to buy some poly foam to fill up the extra space. ADORAMA could have caught that prior to shipping. The mixer that actually goes w the case they sent is probably 1 or 2 models higher up in the Mackie range. FX12 or FX16 or FX24 maybe. Not the FX10. Aside from that it was a good experience.
