The case that I purchased for a tablet for a very special little boy 💙 was too small I emailed and returned to the Irish return address and never heard another word about €14.00 for the case €6.90 to return and never heard any response very disappointed will not be shopping on this sight again and I've heard no return will be refunded a pure joke never again

Har man derefter brug for hjælp skal man ikke regne med at få den fra deres kundeservice...

DAO har bortkommet min pakke og de henviser nu til sælger - Har prøvet at ringe til dem hvilket ikke er brugbart da de kun har engelsk talende medarbejder... Har også prøvet at skrive og får igen svar på engelsk...

Det er bare ikke godt nok - Jeg vil have mine vare eller penge retur...

This place is a fraud I’m filing a complain with this company I want my money back from these scammers “ it don’t make sense that a person works hard to be scammed out of their money

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made from Lux Case World. I ordered a phone case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and within 15 day's I found that the product was completely defective and poorly constructed.

I expected a quality. This experience has not only been inconvenient, but also disappointing given the lack of quality control.

No tracking number or email confirmation sent after payment and also appears be scam email address so therefore I will have to contact my ban

This company is a scam they are not sending my order after i paid for it.

Horrible! The seller claims that my order delivered and I signed for it at my home on a day I was at work. They now want to have the carrier return the order to them so they can send it to me. This is fraud! I need a refund. This will be reported to the government.

After several days of waiting, the watch band I ordered for my Samsung Watch Ultra finally arrived. Unfortunately, they sent me a 20 cm size, whereas the product description stated that it was 23 cm. Now, I don’t know what to do.

Placed an order on 01/12/25 still haven’t gotten it!! What a scam!! Don’t order anything.

I ordered a garmin Venu3s watch case on 27t December and was told it takes 5-10 business days, it's now been 12 business days and no sign of my case arriving.
Emailed them for advice and was told it was due Friday.

Order on Dec 21, 2024 and haven't received yet

Disappointed. Waiting for my order since 6 December 2024 was present for my brother for Christmas.Still didn't received the item and can't track, it's a joke !!!!! Stay away !!!!

Very disappointed with the quality of the APPLEMAC 13.6 pink case I ordered for my daughter as a gift! The product I
received does not at all resemble the product advertised on the website. It had the Apple logo in photo on website but no logo on my product! Also the case is cheap looking transparent plastic which looks much different on the website. I will not be recommending or purchasing from this company again.
