Paid for Quick Delivery - No Delivery - No Response to Emails
Ordered a remote to be delivered to friend in UK as I am in Europe. Paid extra for delivery the following Tuesday. No delivery. Delivery tracker said new date of before end Friday. Emailed Remote Control World saying no delivery and that Friday was final day item could be received - NO RESPONSE. It is now Saturday and no remote. Am cancelling acceptance of delivery and cancelling order.

Original Panasonic remote for old TV
Ordered original Panasonic remote for my 12 year-old TV 9pm Thursday. Email from company saying despatched Friday via Royal Mail, whose app I have, and who kept me up-to-date about delivery. Delivered by postie Saturday morning. Put batteries in from my old remote, checked all the buttons worked, everything ok. Product as specified. Speedy and efficient. Job done. Happy customer.

Perfect remote finally found
Tried 3 different remotes from another supplier and none worked. It was then suggested that my Humax FV5000T was faulty. A friend suggested Remote Controls Shop so I tried one of their remotes and it was perfect. Worked right out of the packaging. Don’t bother with the cheap copies, just get your remote from these guys.
