Poor service, no response to emails

I was considering purchasing a pair of $2,000+ Rayban frames and lenses from SmartBuyGlasses. I had a quick question regarding my order so emailed their customer service. After not hearing back from them for over a month, I sent a polite follow up email. To my complete surprise, another month passed and I still did not receive any response. Given their completely rude and unacceptable disregard for new customers, I am going to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent serivce

I have already bought a few pair of sunglasses from Smartbuyglasses Hong Kong. The company is reliable and their service is prompt. When you email them for enquiry, they will reply you right away. I will recommend to you if you want to buy glasses.

Ordered prescription Glasses. Excellent product & service. Delivered promptly. I will never go back to high street opticians any more. I will highly recommend SmartBuy Glasses.
