I am extremely disappointed with my blinds. They are very cheap material and do not operate smoothly, as expected. I bought my last set of blinds for the house from you and that were much better material and have lasted a good few years. My husband had already installed 2 of the 3 blinds so I am unable to return these but I will return the third. He was also surprised that I had bought such poor quality, but I had not inspected them before he installed them!

3 failed deliveries
3 failed deliveries, 3 days missed at work. I was promised in writing today that I would receive my blinds. Between 8am and 6pm it’s now 6pm customer service never pick up worst service!

Shocking
Shocking. Paid for next day delivery. The website indicates despite being a Friday that they would be with us the “next day” they didn’t arrive at the weekend so I presumed Monday…. Nothing Monday then despite leaving a delivery note to leave in a safe space they didn’t leave them on Tuesday either. Called up and asked for a refund as needed them urgently before Tuesday. Refused to refund and offered a laughable 5% off for the trouble. Blinds arrived on Wednesday. Quality is fine for the price of the blinds but the roll plugs for attaching the brackets are cheap and just shatter.

I had no problems with the ordering or…
I had no problems with the ordering or installation of the blinds. However delivery wasn’t quite so good.
I was told by DX that my order would be delivered between 13:15-15:15. They did not show up or send any message to explain they would not be coming. I had a message the next day saying they would be coming . This time they did arrive but did not ring my doorbell and just left them by the front door. It was only luck that I had another delivery that day and they pointed out where the blinds had been left.

Fab blinds would recommend
There was a measuring guide which helped, and the blinds were fab and easy to fit, they look amazing and I looked around at different sites for prices and this was the best I found, I would definitely buy again, I ordered 5 blinds in total and they all fit perfectly.
