Sandra, the store salesperson was so helpful. She assessed our requirements and then indicated the relevant mattresses that would meet our needs. We never felt rushed or harassed at any point. Delivery was quick and the delivery team helpful. This was our first experience with Bensons and we were extremely happy with our purchase and the sales process.

Friendly knowledgeable staff helped with our new bed purchase without being pushy. Delivery service was excellent and guys cleaned up and took away all the packaging . Excellent communication from purchase to delivery of bed. Only negative was the igel pillows not worth £69 each and not as comfortable as the ones we tried in the showroom.

Great Service

Uddingston shop
Uddingston shop - Linda, sales person was so helpful, courteous and patient with my questions. Nice comfortable bed and mattress purchased. Benson beds are sturdy and reliable. My last bed was purchased 20 years ago and still remained sturdy but wanted a bed with storage. Delivery guys were great and checked with neighbours about blocking driveways with lorry. Super fast at building and clean up and taking away old bed and mattress. They have a place that destroys old mattresses so reassured no fly tipping with this company. Worth the money to have no hassle with disposing of old bed and build of new bed.

Birkenshaw Bensons staff are amazing.
The woman in the shop was so knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for her then we wouldn’t have ended up with this mattress. It’s probably double what I thought I would spend but when you consider how long your in bed for then a good nights sleep is required to function properly the next day. Massive thanks again you to the woman with the long black hair in Birkenshaw ind est on Saturday she was superb. 👌🏼
