I haven't received my order. No contact details on website. So unable to find out what is going on

Absolutely terrible, I ordered shoes that never arrived

Unfortunately one item did not get dispatched. However, the process to have this remedied was easy and the item was promptly delivered

Item as described, accurate pricing for all charges and international shipment arrived on day promised (during xmas season!!). Will not hesitate to use any time I need anything for my bike. A good company.

I am a regular customer and on this order, I needed my items the next day. I ordered in time and paid the premium but goods didn’t arrive.

Good price reductions and great service

Was ordered on Sunday the 9th was told latest date of delivery would be Saturday the 15th. It’s now the 16th and the package has yet to shipped

Evri have not delivered the parcel yet. I paid £10 for next day delivery and it still has not arrived.

Pleasd refund the £10 and pudh Evri to deliver.

This was a birthday present and missed the birthday.

Ordered a bike on the 3rd November, it still hasn’t arrived by the 13th, when chased with CRC they said it must have been lost by the courier and they would send a replacement, and thus to allow another 7-10 days……. That’s useful for a birthday in 2 days time……

Been using CRC for many years now. Always good on price and fast delivery. Some real bargains to be had in their sale section.

I recently bought an e-bike from Chain Reaction. It was fantastic service throughout from all involved, and especially so from Amber. Being new to the fun of riding one, Amber patiently explained everything to me so thoroughly.
If thinking of purchasing any bike, I would completely recommend Chain Reaction. I didn't feel just like a customer spending money, I felt like they wanted me to enjoy my new bike as much I now am.

The intermediate shipper is trying to charge an additional $63 which was not mentioned at checkout.

I also can't reach anyone from customer service.

I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

Sad to see what has happened with chainreaction since its heyday with wiggle. Road bike page currently has a Cannondale road bike picture on it when they don't sell Cannondales. Feels like a company that is just going through the motions.

Returned defective item and no return costs reimbursed. This site is a dodgy business and I will not use it again.

Paid for next day delivery.and didn't receive that service.not a happy customer 😒
