The courier, same guy at evri, left downstairs again, I caught him, told him he has to bring upstairs, he was on a facetime, I said your very rude, so now no more deliveries for me, im not ordering anything that evri, or there other name deliver, had enough.

Waited over a week for my delivery,apparently it was in the wrong depot .
Contacted Littlewoods twice to ask them could they look into my delayed delivery,2 weeks later I still have not received a reply of Littlewoods .

Good value, excellent selection of items & quick delivery.

If someone gives a bad review on goods they purchased and this helps others chose correctly. It is no earthly good to any buyer if you disallow reviews you don't like. After I have paid what I owe you I will not be buying from you again. I am sure you don't care, but remember that in the law of statistics I can't be the only one...We put our comments on to help others.

From ordering to delivering very quick

The order and delivery process was excellent.
I paid the fee for the washing machine to be removed and the new one to be installed.
My daughter was in the home when the delivery and installation took place. When I arrived home, I realised they had not used the new pipe that was supplied with the new machine, they had reused the old pipe. They had removed the piece of plastic that prevents the pipe from bending, kinking and placed it in my sink. I used the machine and it started leaking from underneath. I phoned customer service to report it and was asked if they refunded the installation fee, could I get it plumbed in myself? Totally unacceptable response. I had to constantly correct the call handler with the correct information. I am currently waiting for a phone call from them to resolve my problem.

Good service, quick delivery, great choice of products

My customer hasn't received their whole order, considering it was supposed to be on the van. They chose a weekend delivery due to work commitments.
There is no sign as to when it will be redelivered. We called Saturday were told within 48 hours called again Monday as we had no phone call to be told it will now be within 72 hours so needless to say they are not happy at all

Using app is so easy , kept updated on ordered placed , returning parcels is easy as well , overall great service
