Placed an order. Received a confirmation email. Never received order. Called and chatted with customer service. They could care less. They claim the order was never placed despite the confirmation email.

Horrible customer service. Beware!

I've bought stuff from this company for years ... something has changed. They start sending me stuff on "auto-ship" which I never asked for (I never use auto-ship for anyone); when contacted they just say "send it back - no problem. We'll credit your account when we receive it...just drop it off at UPS"....The only problem, 'dropping it off at UPS' cost $25. WATCH OUT for this issue!

My complaint echoes another complaint - have been a loyal customer for decades then Nestle took over theyre now just horrid - was forced to change password - lost all my points and customer status level - now website is down and cant even order imo they will rue the day this change was made - very dissappointed

Where do I start! Horrible customer service. Logistics is unable to ship product with the correct address label. My wife has spent hours, literally hours trying to get her orders delivered to the proper location. When they print their shipping label they always leave part of the address off and UPS states they cannot deliver.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Since Nestlé took over items are constantly out of stock and favorites are no longer available. So disappointing. Amazon and Vitamin World are. Ow my go to shop.

Have been using Puritan's Pride for a extremely long time, they are the BEST!! They are basically the only vitamins I use. Thank you so much Puritan's Pride!!

I have been purchasing from them for years but the last order over a week ago has still not shipped. I needed an item so got it overnight from Amazon. They refused to cancel the order even though I requested it last week and 5 days later it still has not shipped. Terrible customer service. I have sent emails which they do not respond to. Beware!!!

I have been a customer of Puritans Pride for more than 20 years. They have always been honest and truthful about their products, and always promptly send the ordered items exactly as ordered. I am a retired research scientist, and have listened to many lectures at conferences where the benefits of vitamins and supplements have been proven to be beneficial. I am currently 88 years old and will continue to take their products as long as I am able.

This companies staff are horrible to work with and when u place a order they never notify you a item is out of stock nor do they send what is in stock. You have to wait 7 days for your money to be put back on your card. I have order from them for over 10 years and I will NEVER EVER order from them again. Asked to talk to a manager and within 5 words she hangs up on me. So unless you wanna be treated like a pile of dog crap sitting in the hot sun I would check out a different company to order from.

They always have an excellent selection and every purchase I have ever made has gone smoothly with no issues. It is why I have remained a loyal customer for a few years now and would highly recommend anyone.

I ordered 4 different kinds of vitamins on April 22nd and, according to Puritan's Pride, they were delivered to me on April 28. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! PP wanted me to check with my neighbors here in my apartment building, where I have lived for 3 years. Everybody here is well over 55--it's a continuing care facility. Of course NOBODY in my building received the vitamins. Today is May 13th and STILL NO NOTHING FROM PURITAN'S PRIDE! All I get is the runaround. This was my first order from PP and it will certainly be my last. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give them a ZERO, I would do so.

I've been using Puritans Pride products for years, I have found their products to be very effective and priced reasonably.

First off, I tried to review this product on the Puritan's Pride website, but they apparently do not accept negative reviews. I ordered their so-called "high potency" Magnesium. However, although they tout its effectiveness, their product is actually Magnesium Oxide, which has low solubility and poor bioavailability, passing through the system mostly unabsorbed. It's a poor choice for increasing magnesium levels. I purchased three bottles. I'm tossing them in the garbage.

I have ordered from puritan pride for several years with no problems. Back in December 2025 my credit card and email was hacked and someone ordered from puritan with my credit card. I try several times to resolve the issue but they didn’t help me. I cancel my subscription and will never order from them again. Poor customer service.

I placed my first order the other day and still no tracking number. I called customer service and a woman with a foreign accent was no help! I will refuse the order will never order from this company again!

I was inquiring about a order I made. And the young lady did not help me at all. They had the wrong address. No record of my order. She was very rude to me. She said that they had a different address than what I gave her. But she refused to tell what it was. I have bought from them before but never had to contact them. Customer Service is horrible at Puritans Pride. I am going to have to think about doing anymore business with them again.

I received a damaged item. The items I ordered were thrown in a box with no peanuts or paper or other kind of filler. One of the Vitamin E lipsticks came open and got lipstick all over the other products, the box and the receipt. It was a mess. I tried to get a replacement, but I can't even get an email through because I keep getting told that their email box is full.

Are they selling a really good product.? If their website can't be accessed to see the product content information or etc.

I bought one Puritans L-theanine from MercadoLibre. 2 times I took it, 2 times I got a horrible headache.

I dont know the reason, maybe mine was fake, but I trashed the whole bottle.
