Why have I had this twice when my order has not been delivered yet??? This survey should only go out after the goods have been delivered and not before!

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max over a month ago, back in September, and now it’s November and I still haven’t received any update on when my phone will be shipped. I’ve tried calling at least 50 times, and there’s never an answer. According to Danish law, this is unacceptable, products shouldn’t take more than a month to be dispatched. What a huge lack of responsibility.

I bought an iPhone on September 16th, and I still haven’t received any updates.
I tried contacting the store by email on one occasion, on September 23rd, when I was told that the product would be shipped within two weeks, but without any guarantee.
Yesterday, I wrote again but have not received a reply.
The reserved amount was released back to my account, so I assume the purchase was canceled.
I ended up buying the same device, which I had been waiting a month for with no delivery in sight, from Elgiganten for the same price — and I only had to wait 24 hours.
I chose your store because it carries the Apple seal, expecting a service comparable to the Apple Store, but it clearly isn’t.

It’s now been two weeks since I placed an order for the AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation from Humac, and I have not received any confirmation email, tracking link, or update about my order.

I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service. The first time, they told me that the AirPods 4 I ordered were out of stock and it will be available with an estimated delivery time of 4–5 weeks. even though the website still shows them as available and in stock.

After I followed up and complained again, they stopped replying to my emails. Later, when I called customer service, I was told that my order was registered but not yet processed, and that I would receive an email within 2 hours, followed by delivery in 4–5 days. However, that never happened, and now after exactly 14 days, I still have no update at all.

I even asked for my order to be cancelled, but I haven’t received any response to that request either. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope Humac improves its communication and customer service.

I ordered on 5th October now it’s 15th and I didn’t get my delivery yet . 🥺

i pre-order my iphone 17 pro max on 18th of september while ordering through website it was showing 1 week delivery time then after i automatically changed of 5 weeks , they dont even tell that the phone will be expected on stock on that day like other stores, if i already knew about that ,i did not buy from humac, while visiting physically to humac stores about my order delay they told me we do not have any idea about online product moreover if i call online customer service they always told me Apple has not send us a product , we do not know when your product will be delivered, just say if you want to cancel you can cancel now, what kind of behaviour is this ,they are saying this since 25 days , meanwhile my friends who ordered from telenor and elgiganten and power got their phone even they orderd 25september to 2nd of october .
i just want you to put delivery availability date so people not got confuse like me. i waited almost 1 months and they are saying just cancel if you do not need , . worst online customer service experience i have ever faced.but in store they have nice customer service, i am talking about only online customer service,

I haven't experienced such poor service in a long time. It feels like they don't give a damn about you. Maybe I didn't spend enough money. They don't respond to emails on time. Terrible communication, both today and yesterday. I highly recommend not buying anything there. The website says the product is available, but after waiting 7 days, it turns out one of the items is out of stock and there's no word on when it will be available. I'm sorry, how can I help? Just cancel your order and get the hell out of here. Stay as far away from them as possible. There are plenty of companies out there. We don't have to buy from them.
