Appalling lack of communication. I have tried emailing and contacting them via social media and no response about initiating the return they promise on their website

Average coffee, non-existent customer service
I have been a loyal customer for several years but I’m finally giving up on them. Coffee is at best average, but the pods take almost three times as long to make a lungo as Nespresso capsules. The worst part is the customer service, which is non-existent. I have emailed many times in the past and received no responses, apart from one time when I received a damaged box capsules. Really dreadful service. I’ll be looking for another supplier.

I object strongly to paying £5.99 for…
I object strongly to paying £5.99 for next day delivery, when in fact deliveries take three days to arrive. This is the second time this has happened. I have fed this back to fine coffee club and received absolutely nothing in response. So, I will be ordering from a different company next time.

Crushed package received. No support
My package arrived in a broken cardboard box. KIt had been crushed and the contents had also been crushed. I have asked for a replacement order but not received any acknowledgement to my email. I have been a loyal customer for many years and am particularly disappointed with this lack of support. I am njmow reviewing alternative coffee suppliers
