Jotform used to BE AMAZING!!!! I MEAN AMAZING!! Now, their ai takes over. You can't upload images unless you pay full price or subscribe. Why would I do that when I don't even seem to have control over what I am building or how it's going to look. Why would I even ask people to input their information, even personal or banking if your ai, literally takes over the entire build. I can't even move a box anymore without ai moving it four rows up. People don't want this much ai in their lives. I do want control over how I want things to look. I don't need ai to build me a form. The whole point of building forms is because I WANT TO BUILD IT TO SUIT MY NEEDS, I don't need ai to constantly be prompting me or making adjustments that difficult. What an awful upgrade. I can't believe I just wasted an hour of my life and I can't even upload a header image? For a form? If I was thinking about subscribing before, now I am definitely not going to. See it 's those things when people are on the fence, that make them decide to go with a company or not. I won't ever use jot form again. I'd rather build on google forms or actually get vistaprint to make me an order form I can then add a clickable link to.
Not worth it anymore. THey used to be so great, like many other companies before ai took over their entire interface.

Jotform is set to force you to upgrade…
Jotform is set to force you to upgrade if you reach your upload data. I haven't been able to send forms despit deleting all my data including all submitted forms, archive and purging trash, however this didn't change the upload limit. It feels that the only option given is to upgrade. This is deceipt, if I deleted the data this should be reflected on the storage data and Jotform doesn't do that. A much better free option is to create your own forms using AI platforms so you are not being pushed around to pay for subscriptions that you don'[t need.

To free up more upload space, you can delete the uploaded files attached to submissions or delete and purge entire submissions. Normally, purging submissions from the Trash automatically updates your upload space usage. However, if your account still shows that you've exceeded the upload space limit, try clearing your form cache by following the steps in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-how-to-clear-your-form-cache/.

The form works really well and is easy…
The form works really well and is easy to make. There are options for several languages. I took it for the integration with zoom, but the problem was that automations sometimes didn't work. Other than that, I like this product.

Subscribe to check out the services. Which were basic and crap. Then went to unsubscribe and got spammed by marketing emails. Id get an email every 12 minuets. and the website made it hard to unsubscribe from the span emails having to verify and unsubscribe from each different email address they use. Propper trashy scam tactics and absolute waste of time.

I recently utilized Jotform to build a localized asset-management logbook designed to track physical hardware custody and user liability. Because the layout required name logging and telemetry collection, the platform's automated security filters understandably flagged the form as a potential compliance risk. While automated system flags can often lead to long, frustrating delays on other platforms, my experience with this support team was entirely seamless and highly professional.
After submitting a formal explanation regarding my specific configuration and testing phase, my ticket was handled with impressive speed. A supervisor from the Fraud & Abuse Operations division personally audited the file, evaluated the privacy disclosures I had integrated, and manually cleared the account restriction within a matter of hours.
It is incredibly refreshing to deal with an online service that balances strict, high-level platform security with rapid, intelligent human intervention. The communication was direct, transparent, and polite. I am highly impressed by their dedication to protecting user privacy while simultaneously supporting legitimate developer projects. Jotform is the best form solution. I've tried them all.
Jotform makes creating and sharing forms crazy simple. I've used it across multiple companies and organizations and I can't speak highly enough of it. Its features, conditional logic, appearance, UI and integration with other apps absolutely blows other forms (like Google forms) out of the water.

Free way for professional forms!
Amazing that there is an easy way to create free forms with a lot of extra settings, like confirmation mails, copy of the form (also set is as attachment, so it looks professional), extra info mails, workflows like a follow up mail. It took me some testing to make it as I wanted it to look, so that costed me some forms for the first month (because there's a limit), but eventually it looks very professional. The only thing I would change is that I won't receive an email telling me a form has been signed, cause that's quite obvious when you receive one. So with that you get kind of spammed. Maybe there's a way to turn it off, but still looking for it ;)
