Merle Dress 

Over a month ago I ordered a sweater, still did not receive anything. I just send them an e-mail but I wonder if they send me a reply.

We bought a prom dress from merle more than a year ago that had come perfectly sizing and everything. Then we bought a second one and that second dress came horribly. It had mesh on the back where there was supposed to be an open back and the sizing was wrong. We asked to return the dress and they said no we will pay for the alterations just send us the bill. We got the alterations and we sent the bill and they stopped answering my emails. It has been a year and still no refund or reply.

Will buy another pretty dress from dresseswoo.com. Because the former the waist of the dress was too high, neckline low and floppy, looked terrible.

I have asked this company many times how long until my dress would be send and no one will help me! I have tried finding a phone number online and no one will answer that number!!! Does anyone know of a number you can call am actually talk to someone!!!

Received my dress and it is not at all like the picture on there websit. The colours are terible the belt is a very cheap looking gold colour the dress itself is a yellowish color which classes wit,h the cheap gold colour. To top it of the dres skirt actually has a couple little stains. It is my first time being scamed on interenet shopping site. So just wanted to help a future online shopper.... I do not recomend this sit!

This website is horrible. I bought a dress for my senior prom and my theme was butterflies. I found a dress that was blue and little butterflies sewn all around it, so I purchased the dress. When I received the dress it looked like a bunch of fabric thrown together, NOTHING like the picture. Butterflies were flowers, most of them falling off, missing sequence, and there were strings and frayed fabric everywhere. When I emailed them they asked to see the pictures. I sent several pictures of what I got compared to what it was suppose to look like. They responded by saying they could only give me a partial refund. I sent the dress back (which cost about $40) and then never heard from them again. I finally decided to email them again and they said they would only offer 5% back!! Yes 5%! And that they were not responsible for any fees for shipping it. Now I don't know where the dress is and they pretty much stole over $200 from me.

Love this dress! Even more beautiful in person. However, it's very delicate, and a little tricky to get on and off. I'm also a little worried that the sequins will fall off if care is not taken when wearing it. I'm 5'2, and the dress is a couple of inches above my knee, obvi does not look at short as it does on model, but still short enough to be sexy. The dress is more whiteish than I had though when looking online, and has a beautiful subtle pattern.

This was my first dress from this site. I ordered it so I could take a look at the quality of the dress and then decide whether I wanted all my special occasion dresses to be bought from this store. My dress was Hunter and it met all my expectations. It looks exactly like the one in the picture. I think it would be very beneficial for this store to have pictures of the dress in all every color offered, because it's hard to picture how it looks in a different color.

I must say that your service is good even though the shipping takes quite a few days. You make very good dress and I'm happy with all of this.
But there is only one thing that is really important in my memory.
that's the size.
I would have chosen the wrong size without your guiding about the measuring. And here i would like to tell everybody to be careful about the size.
i would suggest you to take a measure when you choosing the size. it just take a few mins and you got a perfect dress which fit you like a glove.

When I ordered my dress, I was super excited about it because it seemed to be super pretty and the reviews on the company were mostly reassuring. Once the order was in, the company was more than helpful, assuring me that because my event was closer (in mid-may) my dress would take priority. Everything was great, the shipping was in time and everything seemed to be coming out perfectly until I pulled my dress out of the packaging and almost cried. The dress had been ordered in watermelon (both top and bottom) and what I got was the top being a purplish-pink, borderline fuchsia, the bottom covered by beautiful watermelon chiffon (the color it should have been) and the top netting that was supposed to be nude or really light was another shade of pink, so I ended up with a dress with three different pinks that didn't match at all.

I e-mailed the company and they said that they were really sorry and as soon as I sent pictures of the issue and they confirmed it, they'd fix it ASAP. So I did. And after several e-mails, their last response was "do u mind fixing it at your local?" meaning a local dressmaker or whatnot. The price was fair for the dress but what I repeatedly explained was that the dress was for an important event and the dress they had sent me was not watermelon. After my very nice e-mail, they never answered me and now I'm stuck with a horrible dress and trying to find a way to fix it.

My lesson learned? For some extra bucks, go somewhere you can trust. This website does nothing to help you and they take cero responsibility on their own mistakes. Sure, the dress is pretty (design-wise) and it fit perfectly but nothing on it matches, making it useless and making me a very annoyed and sad customer.

This is the dress my daughter decided would be her prom dress for this year. We ordered the dress on Jan 6 and received the dress on Feb 1. Exceptionally fast service and considering the quality of the dress I couldn't believe it. The dress came exactly as pictured and very well made. We have already decided if we need any other dresses this will be our first stop. Order with confidence. our dress came in on time and beautiful. I can't wait to see my daughter on prom night in her perfect dress. Oh, and the dress was very true to size based on their size chart.

Highly recommend this dress! ! ! the dress was beautiful! I wore it to a ball, and I had so many compliments on how unique it was. The dress took approximately one month to get to me. I ordered 2 months before the ball, so I highly recommend ordering far in advance for your own peace of mind. The dress was true to size, so order your usual dress size. The fabric of the dress is very delicate and sheer, but some drapes exist. Other than that, the dress was awesome. Exactly as it is pictured, and the colors are even better in person! Highly recommend this dress! ! !

I liked it because it fit well, and have noticed people saying it runs small. The sizing chart helped a lot, and I'm not really sure how a 3x could possibly fit someone who is a size 10. I'm well beyond a size 10(Depends on the brand but I run from 18-22) and managed to fit into a 2x. As for the chest, I'M glad to find something that fits me there. It's often very hard for me to find a dress of a larger size that fits the chest since I'm not that big. The quality could be better however, it serves its purpose. I'd recommend it.

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses.

They are burgundy organza. They arrived and although the dresses are pretty, they are the wrong colour. The organza is burgundy and the satin under is bright pillar box red so they look terrible.

I have sent numerous e mails, none of the telephone numbers work and I now have 3 dresses that are useless and I am over £300 out of pocket.

Do exercise caution with this company, whilst they look after you when you order, when they have your money they don't care.

I am still waiting to here back from them before instructing my credit card company to recover the money.

I purchased a dress and followed all directions as far as measurements. The dress was $139.00 plus I paid extra fee for "rush" order. After all fees, shipping, etc. the dress was almost 200.00. When I received the dress, I immediately put it on and was appalled. The sleeves had been sewn in such a way that I could not lift my arms up over my head or up in front of me. The most awful fit! I immediately contacted them and followed their instructions to send pictures of the problem. I did this immediately. I have since contacted them numerous times and they will not refund my money. The last correspondence was an offer of 5%!!! I had to purchase another dress locally for the event, which I should have done in the first place. I guess you get what you pay for! Never, ever purchase online from a Chinese company. Pay a little more and get 1st. quality from a local dress shop. That way you know what you are getting.

First and foremost it took a month for this gown to come, they never sent me an email confirmation or tracking number and when i asked for one they responded with "your gown has been shipped."When i asked a second time i asked i was txted a tracking number and when it did arrive it was absolutely nothing like the one I ordered, i was appalled. The gown I ordered was supposed to be an empire waste, white floor length with gold embroidery and a sweetheart finish. What I received was a white empire, floor length sweetheart neck with SILVER LINING EMBROIDERY WITH JEWELS THAT FILLED IN THE DESIGN....I was absolutely shocked I wanted to cry! I spent almost $200 on a gown I am not going to be able to wear. That's not the worst part..... The customer service was THE WORST I've ever experienced! I contacted them the day I received the gown letting them know the disappointment and how I would like a refund. They messaged back with "we do not return for everything is ok but"... First off I never said it was ok actually complete opposite. They proceeded to say they can refund me $10 the most. I wanted a return refund! Then after 16 back and forth emails of my repetition of a refund they offered me $25 the most they can give me. My final message was threatening to take the situation to legal matters because they did not want to give me a refund for the gown and I never received another message from this company. I literally argued with them for four consecutive days to have just waste my time and money. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY MERLE DRESSES!!! Please do not get ripped off like I have. I am completely disappointed in not only the company but trusting this website that claimed their Moto was about trust.

I was very apprehensive after I placed my order from Merle Dress, because of all of the negative feedback posted on here. Im so glad I didnt cancel my order, it came within two weeks and the dress is STUNNING. the correct size & color and the bead work is flawless. I couldnt find one mistake on the dress.

The dress is gorgeous, but their "custom sizing" is a joke. I had my measurements professionally taken so I could rush order a dress for a military ball that is next week. I received it in two weeks like they said, but now I have to spend another $50+ to get it tailored. I would not order from here again.

At the beginning I was so hesitant to buy online due to my very bad experience with online shopping.. the moment when you get your order and it is nothing like you expected, ugh, the worst!!! But with Merle Dress it was the complete opposite! I loved the dress so much when I saw it online that it forced me to order, and when I received it, words just cannot describe how much I loved it! It was beyond my expectations.

As for the company.. quick service, and high standard quality of tailoring! Not only did the dress arrive ahead of time in perfect shape, but the customer support in this company is awesome!! You can ask any question in the chat box and someone is there to reply to you right away!

This company was way beyond my expectations, it was my first time to buy from here, but it's certainly not my last time! I recommend this company to anyone!

We ordered the dress with a time crunch for my daughter's homecoming and a specific need for the length extended. The dress arrived earlier than anticipated and it was absolutely gorgeous! The dress fit her perfectly and looked amazing on her! My daughter loves it and everyone who saw it asked where we got it! We proudly said merledress.com!
