The end pieces are not flush so they catch on each other and cannot be slid alongside each other.
The lid catches are very poor and difficult to engage.
I am considering sending these box files back. Please would you send me a returns label.

I paid for the pack of 4 ,however I delivered only two , straight away on last Monday I think it was on the 7th , I called customer service to inform them that I received only 2 packs, they told me they knew and they will send the rest. But still not received it’s been a week.
It was happened before but not rectified at all . This is regular order so please look your record and send the missing packs .

There is a small problem with their IT system, you can only order if you use an incognito browser . I had to telephone Staple to be advised of this.
