The 7-day offer automatically converts to a $29.99 monthly subscription unless canceled, with no reminder before the charge. Support did not meaningfully respond to my follow-up concerns. Keeping $29.99 may protect one transaction. Treating a customer fairly and respectfully may protect a relationship worth far more than $29.99.

Trustpilot could be great but unfortunately 1 star at best dont deal with proven fake reviews harrasing narcissistic emails about use of colours fonts and stars. In hindsight would never have used them. Don't read their review read what is written about them...
