Use a different shop.

They don't respect their own terms and conditions.
Order placed on Thursday at 9am was shipped on Tuesday without any mention of stock issues.
I called the numbers on the website several times, even after 16min of waiting no one answers.
On WhatsApp even 2 weeks later I didn't receive a reply to the message.
When you do manage to reach someone on the phone, they answer that they don't have time to be on the phone, that they have 500 calls a day, that you're bothering them, they raise their voice and then hang up on you.

Trustful online shop

It is a reliable online store, where you can find a very wide range of automotive lubricants, including OE (original equipment - which are used by car manufacturers) with friendly and patient staff, ready to help you. I have bought from them several times and I highly recommend them.
