Great Customer Service!
I had a problem with a damaged pedal bin I purchased from Victorian Plumbing, and Tom Hughes dealt with my refund extremely quickly and professionally. He was polite, helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. The refund was arranged without any hassle, and I really appreciated how efficiently Tom handled everything. Excellent customer service — thank you, Tom! Highly recommended.

Claim returned items damaged
Returned a radiator and valves that were not a good colour match. Spent ages carefully wrapping the items and sent by courier at my own cost. Radiator was double boxed and valves were inside their original box and wrapped in bubble wrap. They claim items were received damaged. No pictures of damaged packaging. The photo of alleged damage shows a small manufacturers imperfection in the finish NOT caused by damage during transit. The rad was never removed from its box, we only opened the top to colour match then resealed it. Valves they also say were damaged but they supply no pics to prove this claim. Will not use this company again.

Pete Seddon of Victorian Plumbing was very helpful
Had great service when I ordered a Vanity Unit and Sink last month for my ensuite . I ordered an additional bathroom cabinet for my main bathroom . It arrived this afternoon via Fedex but unfortunately there was damage to two of the corners. This was immediately reported to Victorian Plumbing on line. I then received an almost immediate response from Victorian Plumbing Pete Seddon, offering an immediate replacement. Excellent Customer Service

FURN10 discount missed
Wanted to do FURN10 for discount. No way to enter this. Before I could amend anything my card had been charged! This is a repeat purchase (a second matching tap to one purchased 2 days previously). The first time I wasn't aware of a discount availability, the second time, this. I have bought several items from Victorian in the past 3 months. NOT impressed with this latest experience.
