I was requested to write a review and i am happy to do so.
I have received excellent 5 star proffecionel service from the shop owner Jakob / Kastrup unit, everything from first contact to delivery and completed implementation.

From the headoffice I had a disappointing experience, a few days prior to delivery of my new kitchen i was notified that the heating plate was out of order and that i could just ask for my money to be returned. I asked for an alternative solution as i would like to have the heating plate. No alternative, only a sarcastic response re-iterating that i could get my money back (between the line i read it like i was stupid). Luckily Jakob from the Kastrup Unit was able to calm me down as i could just get a heating plate from any shop and they would ensure to fit it in.

The fifth star would have been there if your headoffice had engaged in any kind of customer service..

Still it has been a great success..

After searching some providers, we accidentally stop by Vordingborg køkken. I believe the quality, forms and flexibility was different. We found what looking for, went into a deal and we were satisfied of the whole process. Our adviser Tina in Aalborg, presented us the most suitable options according to our budget/need which avoid unnecessary costs.
The project was to some extend customized and delivered on time as we agreed. The delivery guys were also friendly give us best advice on installation.
We are very happy with the outcome and I personally would recommend to pay a visit and see the diffrence.

We did our kitchen with them a year ago and we are very happy with the last result.
There was a few issues with a wrong deliver for a door and a damaged plate during the installation, but everything was solved in month or so.

The final result was very good and if we need to renovate again in the future, we will definetly use them again.

Jeg vil skrive dette anmeldelse på englesk, fordi jeg kan bedre forklare om hvad var min oplevelse ....
I have bought a kitchen from vordingborg kokken through my housing company. the total renovation of the kitchen costed me aroung 70000DKK which i am paying. after the installation alot of thing they missed and they said they will fix it but it never happened.
here are the things which needs to be replaced or fixed, i have contacted them many times and their response has been at they will come to fix it and it is been more than 7 months now ... and i have their spareparts still in my kitchen ... '
1: the electric system is very weak which they made, while turning two appliances in the kitchen the fuse goes off. '
2: on one side it was 1 cm short and they said they will change it but it never happened.
3: the Bordplader (wood surface) started having cracks even i am not spilling water in the surface.
4: the glue started to come out on panels.
5: 3 of the cabinets started to bubble from the front and i dont know why it is such a low quality ..
6: few of the below parts have fallen down even i asked them at the begining...
I might end up with the naevnehus or my housing company and will stop paying them for such low quality of work done.
if anyone needs a proof just write me i will send you all the pictures and msgs which i sent ...

We had our kitchen done with Vordingborg and we are totally satisfied with the attention, service and quality of the kitchen. There is a wide range of materials, colours and accessories to chose from. The result is outstanding and it brought a great value to our home and in our daily life. The salesman was very helpful and worried to satisfy our demands. He made the design process very smooth. The installation was also done in a very professional way, by an expert handyman.

We are extremely happy with the result and would recommend to anyone.

It Starts like a dream, when I was looking for a new kitchen, I passed by Vordingborg in Viby J, Mustafa was cool and the rest of the team was quite helpful, we signed the agreement for the kitchen end of July 2020, Today (the day I am writing this) the kitchen still missing some parts due to either wrong order or wrong measurements.

we had an agreement that we will receive the kitchen in 4 weeks, we got it in around 6 weeks. it comes with mixed missed and wrong parts. the process stopped we can't use the kitchen as it should be simply because one of the missing parts is a remote control for the ventilator. whenever you call them we need four weeks to bring the missing stuff, four weeks for even a remote control which could be sent from the end of the world in couple of days.

simply the are not staying to the promises, I am not encouraging anyone to work with them.

we though in the beginning we are going to be really happy and satisfied as it seems they are quite professional, but that's not the case.

Slightly disappointed with the service. I have approached the company in Lyngby and in København V. I have sent my drawings and measurements and photos. In Lyngby, I did never even got a response, after visiting the shop. In København V, I had an appointment, after waiting for 15 minutes, the consultant arrived and asked me to wait longer. After 30 more minutes, I left . The shop was empty, on a Tuesday at 10 am.

I highly recommend getting your kitchen at Vordingborg.

I had an advisor in the Glostrup branch called Ricki Birk who helped me with delivery and installation of two kitchens in our home.

He was very helpful and came up with some great ideas about how to do the planning and maximising the use of available space. I've had a very pleasant experience getting my kitchen at a reasonable price and would highly recommend both Ricki and Vordingborg to others.

After quite some time of considering and comparing different brands in denmark.I have just got a new kitchen from Vordingbord. I must say that I was impressed with the service and quality. With the help of our nice Vordingbord consultant- Ricki , we were able to start and finish the project right on time.

I would recommend the kitchen and the good experience with Vordingbord glostrup to everyone .

We ordered a kitchen furniture on december 2018. We received the first parts on 14 January and 3 slide doors on 6 March. The problem is with the slide doors. We thought they will be on gloss like the rest of the furniture, but they are not. The doors are in the kitchen with the rest of the furniture. The sales consultant didn’t said that the doors will be different. She only presented us white højgloss and the counter top. It is something else and we don’t like. It is not what we thought we bought and pay for it.

We have sent several emails on Vejle,but they don’t want to find a solution. They don’t want change the doors or to take them back.
A consultant from Viborg has came to find a solution and he never called us back. Every time we called him, he was not available.
We are verry disappointed for a 50000 kr kokken.
It is a big risk to order from here!!!! Be careful!

Ok first of all my bad luck that I contacted these guys.
The person I got in touch with initially was alright obviously as he had to make the sale so he took his time and all untill I signed.
My misery started when they delivered the kitchen they delivered the kitchen in my living room everything on top of eachother it means anything could fell off and hit anyone or anything. They didn’t show any regard to the PEOPLE they delivered to.
From beginning that means I ordered the kitchen few months in advance they said they would hook me up with a carpenter who wasn’t interested in the kitchen from beginning he didn’t ask what was going on if things were as he wanted them etc and or IF I HAD everything I needed.
I’m not the professional I assumed they were!
Couple of days before this person was suppose to fit the kitchen he was really rude over the phone
And I knew he wouldn’t do it as for some weird reason he wasn’t interested from beginning.
When he showed up
He was disrespectful and had no manners
He laughed at the kitchen and said he won’t fit it as it wasn’t ready like he expected EVEN SO a professional would have said
Okay I can see this isn’t how it’s suppose to be
I can fix it but I need more money
I would have happily paid
But instead he was rude and disrespectful which was disgusting
And I’m glad I rang in to cancel this fitting and the only good thing they did was to return the money for the fitting fairly quick so I hired other carpenters who knew what professionalism is, they came and fitted the kitchen in almost no time and I also got them to do other work around the apartment.

I’m still missing few bits and bobs that vordingborg kitchen replied in standard sentence :” that’s the sellers own responsibility “
Yes okay ! What about asking the costumers hey you have to buy this or that separately.
I have been in touch by phone and email still waiting for the stuff to move on

I don’t recommend them unless you are someone whose almost into the field and can put them in their place from start.
Or do it all your self.

Amazing service and help throughout the entire process!

Bought a new kitchen from the Vesterport branch and is very satisfied with both the service and quality of the products. Our consultant, Philip Kentorp, explained the options very well and the whole process was very painless. When we changed our minds a few times he made sure that new elements fit in harmoniously with rest. The result is just beautiful.

If it was possible, I would like to give no star!
The worst experience of shopping in whole my life!
I chose a kitchen and I changed my idea about the trash bin, oven and stove but NOT other stuff! When I changed those things in their shop, the seller didn't check the whole items one by one again and I signed the contract regarding that the only things which has to be changed are the trash bin,oven and stove!
They delivered a kitchen with different colour of toptable! And different material of cabinets and different type of handles!!!! I was totally shocked when i saw my kitchen after installation! I even thought maybe they registered another customer’s order instead of mine!
I even called him and told him that the handles in 3D pictures are different from which i ordered but he insisted on that those are just pictures and in your contract it's correct!
I contacted them and they didn't accept their mistake! And they claimed that this is what you ordered, because you signed the contract! And it was totally unclear for me when I see the list in the contract because it is just some serial numbers!
With no explanation about why they did change the colour of toptable!
After meeting with seller, they sent me an email and said I have to pay around 12000 DDK for new cabinet’s door if I wish to have another one! Not even apologise for their mistake!
funny enough that after whole this bad experiences!!!! they delivered the stove 1 month after delivering my kitchen! so I couldn't make food 1 month from the date they delivered my kitchen!

The delivery time, packaging, the mounting instructions and the design are good or maybe better than other companies'.
The quality of the lids (doors) are as good as other companies'; as they are well coated.
BUT..... The quality of the cabinets are quite poor! They are made of cardboard, meaning that they absorb water and humidity. So they could not be exposed to water. The cabinets will be under the top-table, or they are hanging on the walls. But if for any reason there will be dripping problems or water splashing in your kitchen, the cardboard will swell and puff up. And this won't be unlikely to happen in a kitchen!
My friend had bought kitchen from them; but unfortunately, I heard this from her quite late. Just after 2 years she has to change the cabinets next to her sink....
I had expected a better quality of cabinets for the price of 60,000 kroner-cabinets for a small kitchen.

All went very well in terms of purchase, items timely delivery, client support etc - 5 stars!

One point was very disappointing tough - waste. I explain: all the items I bought were packed irrespective of its final destination. As such the package included a number of items, from screws to profiles and silicones that in this case were completely un-necessary. Completely new stuff that I paid, don't have a need for and will mostly certainly end in the waste - not a good example in terms of environment, sustainability and circular economy. To be checked in the future - pre-packaging against waste, jobs and ethics. A shame!
